Purchase experience very disappointing and frustrating!! Bought a new Highlander while trading-in 2016 Audi Q5 on 30th March 2018 at Nalley Toyota. Firstly, Nalley Toyota owes me $2,521 for the trade-in Bought a new Highlander while trading-in 2016 Audi Q5 on 30th March 2018 at Nalley Toyota. Firstly, Nalley Toyota owes me $2,521 for the trade-in allowance minus trade-in payoff and I was told on the day of purchase that I would get the check for amount $2,521 in a week’s time. It’s been 3 weeks now, I didn’t get any check. When I call Nalley Toyota, they say, they are waiting for the Audi title from the bank before issuing the check (which was not informed during purchase). I am constantly following-up/requesting to expedite the process stating that I was never informed about this wait time but Nalley Toyota is not willing to issue my check unless the title is received (which might take longer time due to bank formalities) which is very frustrating & disappointing. Never had such awful customer experience with other dealers. Secondly, during test drive before purchase, the sales associate informed me that there are sensors for the Highlander. After purchase, I discovered that there aren’t any sensors (nor front or rear). When I reached-out to them about it, they said it would cost me another $600 to install the sensors. When I told them that I wasn’t informed about the sensors (which I didn’t check during test drive), they said, they didn’t mention about it during test drive. I don’t know how many more calls & follow-up emails that I need to send to tackle these surprises, while ending-up with same response from Nalley Toyota on both of the concerns. More

My husband works on cars and know them inside and out. You can't pull anything over on him! This dealership bent over backwards to get us in the exact car we wanted, at a price we could not believe. We were ready to settle on a used car that wasn't exactly what we wanted. Only because of our salesman did we end up getting a brand new car with all of the options we wanted. We didn't even ask for a price on this new car because we assumed it couldn't be done. We hate buying cars because of the negotiation process and dealing with car sales people in general. This was the best experience in our 60 years of buying cars. Everyone we dealt with were exceptional! If you need a car, this is the place to go!!! More
