An overall very good car buying experience The sales associate, Muhammad, was smart, kind, and knows his products. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. The only downside was the finance manager's less than friendly attitude and condescending tone. (I already had financing lined up before I walked in the door) Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and I'll be sure to use them again. More

Over all solid experience The experience was good, the car had a few dings on the quarter panel along with a clear coat issue but they agreed to fix it as part of the deal. The only reason they did not get a 5 star review is because I was not informed the car i purchased only had 1 key. That would have been a negotiating point for me on the car. I am currently working with Devonta to get a second key for the car. More

Nalley ensures to make deal ! Reid was very helpful. He took every effort to make the deal happen. We made him run for Hybrids. Also, we made him bring various colors to us. He did it all with no complaints and with no commitment from our side that we are going to buy. Only after putting all numbers together Reid asked for commitment and that's how the deal should be. Working with Reid (Sales) and Tim (Finance) was a very very very good experience. Both of them made it a memory for us. no issues/no complaints from our end. Also, we forgot goggle and school magnet stickers on our trade-in vehicle. Reid, just over a text, collected those things for us and kept it ready for us to pick up. This tells the after sales service is going to be excellent !! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I have bought plenty of cars from dealers in my life and my husband has as well. We walked onto the lot looking for a used vehicle but opted to look at a new one for fun. Literally JUST for fun. Annette approached us and was very friendly. She introduced us to the sales manager Josh who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given numbers at our request, we were shown many vehicles with different options and all with NO PRESSURE! It was like having a conversation with a new friend about a car. In the end I got all the features I wanted and my husband got the price he was happy with. We could not be happier with our vehicle and overall buying experience at Nalley of Roswell.
