Purchase of a 2018 RAV4 XLE I went by the dealership to discuss a 2018 RAV4 XLE that was on the lot. I reached a drive out price with the salesman. I then asked the salesman if t I went by the dealership to discuss a 2018 RAV4 XLE that was on the lot. I reached a drive out price with the salesman. I then asked the salesman if the dealership had that XLE, same options and exterior color, with a lighter interior color. He responded that there were two such vehicle at Nalley's "other dealership", but getting the car delivered to Nalley would cost me $2000 of the $7000 discount. I found that to be very unprofessional and unethical, and said that would be a deal breaker. The salesman then replied that I could get that vehicle for the same drive out price as the one on the lot. A moment later the salesman brought over the Sales Manager who said the car they were bring in had a $1000 higher sticker price, but said I could that vehicle out at the originally agreed upon drive out price of $26,023. I drove home to talk to my wife and she liked the vehicle and drive out price. I called the salesman back and said I would come at Noon on Sunday to pick up the car. I asked him to confirm the $26,023 drive out price, and he did. I got there on Sunday at Noon and took a test drive, and the car was perfect! The salesman had gotten into an argument with my sister, but I was excited about the car, so I let it go. When we sat down to talk business the salesman pulled out a sheet that showed a drive out price of $26, 985! I felt I was lied to and mislead by the salesman and Sales Manager, so I got up to leave. The salesman brought over Nihad Ajanic, and I told Nihad we would not deal with the sales anymore. Nihad was very sorry about what happened, and worked hard at reducing the drive out price. The same with the gentleman who put together the financing package. They both were very professional and worked hard to make us satisfied customers. I told Nihad I was going to buy the car at that higher price, but I was going to drive away unhappy and angry. Nihad did all he could to resolve the situation. I left satisfied because I saw Nihad and the finance guy as the faces of the dealership, not the salesman and sales manager. Sorry to be so negative, but I confirmed that drive out price 3 times on Saturday before I came back on Sunday. I understand why you would not stand behind a price quoted by a salesman who had only been at the dealership 6 months. But Nalley should have stood behind a price quoted by the Sales Manager, More

They presented a fair price with no surprises in the offer. We agreed to a final price that did not change. The Sales Associate, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time with my daughter (who will be the primary driver) making sure she understood all of the features. Brandon even programmed her Iphone to integrate with the Toyota system. It was the best car buying experience I have had. I purchased a 4Runner last summer from Nalley and am an even more loyal customer today than I was a year ago. More
