Ajanic were able to locate a car with the features I wanted at an Alabama dealership and have it delivered. Being that it was the holiday time, I was impressed with the effort that was made to see that I got my new Camry at a price I could afford (including Toyota financing) before New Year’s (on Sunday, December 30th). I really appreciate the time taken to explain the features and help me pair my iPhone so I could start using Apple CarPlay on my way home making my car buying experience stress-free. From several view of the web site I decided to look at a Sonata and a Corolla. My wife and I looked at the 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE and found it to appear in good condition both inside and outside. Found the new tires mounted on the SE edition wheel to be appealing to me. I asked HD that I would like to do a test drive, both secondary roads and highway. With this test drive I found the performance acceptable and thought the handling was better than I had expected. I also liked the JVC CD player and sound system along with the blue tooth capability for my Apple iPhone. I decided to purchase this vehicle. The original offer to me was seemingly a high starting point, as I knew very well the KBB range for this vehicle. I told HD the first offer was not sincere. He came back with a more acceptable offer and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I did note others were walking out of the dealership, unable to negotiate an acceptable price, which I thought odd because it was the end of the month and end of the year. More

Very comfortable Since new car shopping can be a bit intimidating, I can honestly say there was no intimidation in my experience. Working with Joe was a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. His follow up after the sale makes me feel great about my purchase. My only suggestion would be to get more finance people as the wait there was probably the biggest negative. Tony was easy to work with as well, and everything went smooth with him. However, you need more Tony's to expedite the process. More
