Awesome Experience! I custom ordered a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO in the middle of December. It took about a month and a half for the vehicle to be delivered. It wasn't I custom ordered a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO in the middle of December. It took about a month and a half for the vehicle to be delivered. It wasn't delivered until the same day we drove to the dealership to pick it up, which resulted in a slight delay driving the vehicle home. However, everybody was incredibly apologetic and kept us in the loop while we waited. The 4Runner is an amazing vehicle and I'm incredibly glad I decided to purchase the vehicle at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anybody in the market for a Toyota. Our sales associate was Brandyn Clark, and he was absolutely amazing. He kept us updated at all times as to the progress of when the vehicle would be ready while we were at the dealership, and was very friendly and easy to work with. Would give him 10/10 for everything. More

Absoluty the best experience of all when buying a vehicle. I had a very pleasurable experience at Nalley Toyota. I am deaf and many times sales people would shun me as a old deaf person that they didn't want t I had a very pleasurable experience at Nalley Toyota. I am deaf and many times sales people would shun me as a old deaf person that they didn't want to confront. As a matter of experience, I went to another dealer before going here. When I came up to the front door and told two people sitting on a golf cart that I was deaf, they made a mass scrambling away form me. At Nalley they worked with me in the sales department and finance department to give me the absolutely best deal I could get to fit my budget. Not only did I buy a car that was far superior in accoutrements lower mileage and like new than all the other dealers I visited. Truly an above level dealership that's honest, willing to work with a handicap person and make sure I was taken care of all the way from entrance to exit with my new car. The had the best price anywhere, Period. More
