Came in for a scheduled brake job on my Camry the day following hurricane Helene and a significant number of employees including my service advisor were absent likely dealing with storm damage. However, thankfully Rasheeda was in and she immediately took over and got my car inducted. The work was completed promptly and she had me out the door within 15 mins of what she estimated - amazing! Better yet, she was able to upgrade my brake pads AND got me a 15% discount at the same time!!! This was extraordinary service, especially under the unusual circumstances. I have purchased three Camry’s from this dealership despite another Toyota dealership being only 4 blocks away. In every aspect of the ownership experience they have excelled!!
