I had an excellent experience with Nalley Toyota while buying a used Prius on July 2. A big shout out to Richard Hallman who sold me the car. MY experience was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Richard, Danny, Paul and the manager were beyond excellent. My experience was a perfect thing to go to a car sales place. I went to check out a Toyota RAV4 I saw advertised at Nalley Toyota of Roswell this past Saturday after speaking with Mukhamed Ismail on the phone inquiring about its current availability. From the time I stepped foot inside the dealerships doors Mukhamed showcased a level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that can't be matched. He was patient and answered a litany of question that were presented, he accommodated every single request made and I am grateful for having him as the person to sell me the car. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!! More

So if you want a great relationship with their staff, be sure to purchase all the GAP and warranty products they throw your way...otherwise there will be no Christmas cards for you. More
I’m giving Nalley Toyota a one star. October of 2019 I started having a problem with the clearcoat on my 2016 Toyota Avalon touring model. Top-of-the-line. I had called Toyota four months before the war started having a problem with the clearcoat on my 2016 Toyota Avalon touring model. Top-of-the-line. I had called Toyota four months before the warranty on the paint was up.(3 yr warranty) Toyota sent me to Nalley Toyota to have it looked at. They sent my car to their body shop and came back with a total quote of almost $8000 to fix the clearcoat problem. At that point I was told that I would get a call, never got a call. February I Went back in talk to the manager of the service department and was told that the pictures he took were lost. Took more pictures and sent them to district manager again. Never heard back from them. I was told time and time again that somebody would call me about the problem, never got a call. Brought my car in to be serviced three weeks ago .. again I asked about the problem and was told that they would send it back over to the body shop. A week later I get a text to pick up my car that I would be notified about the clearcoat. Again received no phone call! I called Toyota corporate complaint center and was told that that Nalley Toyota service manager Chad told them the problem was caused by sap and bird droppings, never asking me or finding out that I detail my car every two weeks at a professional car wash place. Also they never approached the problem that why the clearcoat on the side of the car is also affected. I’m not sure I would ever buy another Toyota again, or recommend them to anyone...They clearly do not care about their customers. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This is my second Avalon, my first Avalon I never had a problem and I have lived in my home for 25 years. I do not hold my service rep that I use all the time responsible. In the process of buying a new car I was with Josh Rhea at Nalley Toyota, Roswell, to sign financing papers. An interest rate of 3.69% had been quoted by the sales team via email. Josh Rhea gave me an elec at Nalley Toyota, Roswell, to sign financing papers. An interest rate of 3.69% had been quoted by the sales team via email. Josh Rhea gave me an electronic device on which to signed multiple blank fields-without providing the documents for which I was signing. I asked for them and was told they would print out AFTER i signed. So i asked him if there was a grace period within which i could cancel the agreement, "like 3 days" (my words), and he said yes. One of places I was asked to sign said I had been given the papers and had read them. I questioned this and was again told the papers would print after I signed. Then, when the papers were printed, I saw the interest rate had been entered as 4.99%, not 3.69%, as agreed upon. Mr. Rhea corrected this and reprinted the papers. Upon further reading of the papers, I see the clause "NO COOLING OF PERIOD" on the first page. So far, 2 glaring examples of dishonesty. This experience gives me no confidence in this business. I am very lucky I don't need to exercise a grace period since there is none. Please note that the sales associate, Nicole, was completely wonderful. More

Vance Fite and the Dales Management team are great! I have bought 4 vehicles from Vance Fite in the last 2 years at Nalley Toyota of Roswell, two model year vehicles for my significant other and myself, I have bought 4 vehicles from Vance Fite in the last 2 years at Nalley Toyota of Roswell, two model year vehicles for my significant other and myself, and used cars for both my son and daughter. My daughter just graduated college and I had 3 days to get her a car, and Vance fixed me right up! Vance and the sales management team have been great! All the vehicles have been wonderful, and Vance has taken care to ensure I am getting the assistance I need. We will be need another car over the next year with another child reaching driving age and I will be working with Vance and Nalley Toyota! More
