Everyone at Nalley Toyota of Roswell works as a cohesive and efficient unit and they are so courteous and updated me through the process of my service. I came in with a dead battery and I told the valet wh and efficient unit and they are so courteous and updated me through the process of my service. I came in with a dead battery and I told the valet who checked me in to please not turn off the vehicle as it would probably not start again. He got a post it and wrote on it do not turn off vehicle. I later learned that this valet takes care of over 200 vehicles a day. This man is a rock star and a serves as an example of the rest of the organization. They have certainly earned my loyalty. Everyone leads by example and have earned my trust! More

The sales folks were helpful. The finance team seem to be about getting you to buy their warranty by some weird story. I'd recommend folks to go to beaver toyota if you are planning to buy a vehicle. They treat you much better there before, during and after the sale. More
