I replied upon receiving his interoduction email and I never received any response. I was requesting a lease offer that TOYOTA corporate was advertising. I then contacted Sandy Springs Toyota in the same manner and had a car in three days. They honored the Toyota offer. I recommend Sandy Springs Toyota. AVOID NALLEY. More

The sales rep seemed apathetic, and everybody just seemed like they wanted to go home since it was 7:45 pm. I had inquiries about a used prius II, but I was told Josh said he did not want to negotiate, so either take it or that's it cause he's tired and ready to go home. More
We brought our older Toyota Sienna in to have ignition keys duplicated and reflashed. The day before, we had replaced the cabin air filter -- an easy replacement for owners, with a filter costing about $2 keys duplicated and reflashed. The day before, we had replaced the cabin air filter -- an easy replacement for owners, with a filter costing about $20 from an auto supply store. While we were there for the re-keying, the dealership was very careful about catching the car up-to-date on outstanding recall notices. However, as the service tech reviewed the list of items that cropped up on a "review", the tech declared that the cabin air filter was in need of changing, that it was only "marginal" at best, and they would be happy to replace it for $35. When we told her that the filter had just been replaced the day before, she got flustered and said that the guy doing the inspection must have "made a mistake." Given the work that had to be done to get into the cabin air filter and "inspect" it, our guess is that the the filter wasn't even looked at. We really resented the attempt at milking us for unnecessary service, and will not be returning. More
We dropped by this dealership to look at its used Tundras. We were greeted promptly on the lot, however, when we asked to look at look at their Tundras we commented that they were each priced $5,000 Tundras. We were greeted promptly on the lot, however, when we asked to look at look at their Tundras we commented that they were each priced $5,000 or more over other lots we had been to for comparable trucks. The salesperson shrugged and said that they put their best price on the sticker and that they couldn't help us and walked off. She did not try to find us anything within our price range nor was she open to discussing the price of the Tundras. We promptly left and purchased the vehicle we were looking for from World Toyota off Peachtree Industrial three hours later for literally $10,000 less than Nalley was asking. Save your time and skip this dealership and go to World. More
Internet sales, floor salesperson and sales manager all great -- friendly, professional, un-sleazy. I got my deal negotiated and price agreed on in no time. Mine was a cash sale, no trade. When I came back great -- friendly, professional, un-sleazy. I got my deal negotiated and price agreed on in no time. Mine was a cash sale, no trade. When I came back with checks to pick up the car, I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to the finance manager, then got a very hard sell from him to get me to finance through the dealership. When I firmly declined, he was cold and rude for the rest of my visit, slapping paperwork in front of me, speaking only to tell me where to sign, and never looking up from his computer. Up until that meeting, I loved the dealership. But that part ruined the experience. More
I took my Corolla in a few months back when it had 15,000 miles on it and told them I wanted routine maintenance done. They tried to say that it needed $350 worth of work - including flushing out the AC. I miles on it and told them I wanted routine maintenance done. They tried to say that it needed $350 worth of work - including flushing out the AC. I've never seen a dealership that tries to sell customers so much unnecessary work, so I have to concur with the review above regarding feeling cheated. I had taken a previous car in to the dealership a few years prior when I was living close by (I only work in the area now), and had another bad experience with the service department. I told them the symptoms the car was experiencing, and they did work for which they charged about $1200, saying that the problem had been resolved, but it hadn't, and when I returned to inform them of that fact, they said the real problem was something else and wanted to charge me another $800. After these experiences, I'll probably never use the dealership again, and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. More
After we purchased our vehicle we found it online (at the same dealership) for $1k then what we paid. When I called the sales person, he told me "yes, but you are getting wrap around coverage" I don't ever same dealership) for $1k then what we paid. When I called the sales person, he told me "yes, but you are getting wrap around coverage" I don't ever remember discussing this coverage with him. IMHO it is one of those dealerships that you feel cheated when you leave their establishment. More
