The worst service place ever. The last two times I got my car serviced here, I had to take it back within a couple of weeks and ended up paying a lot more money. I am not sure how a car that was working with car serviced here, I had to take it back within a couple of weeks and ended up paying a lot more money. I am not sure how a car that was working with no issue suddenly develop issues so soon after service and this happened twice in a row! I talked to the manager and there was no help coming from there. My only car was towed to the PEP Boys next door and it was going to cost me around $3K to fix. I was very pleased with this dealership because not only did they help me get into a vehicle that day, they w was going to cost me around $3K to fix. I was very pleased with this dealership because not only did they help me get into a vehicle that day, they were able to get me into a newer vehicle with less miles, a warranty, lots of options in the newer vehicle that I dodn't have in my other vehicle, and I was very satisfied with the price. Everyone including the other employees that I ddi not have any dealings with were very polite and helpful. If you are in the Roswell,Ga area and are in need of a vehicle then I HIGHLY recommend going to Nalley Toyota for oyur purchase. I feel very confident in their abilities to provide their customers with the right vehicle at the right price for the customer. These people really are looking out for the customers best interest. I went to this dealership to buy a new car. I selected a car , test drove and negotiated the price.I was very clear and discuss all things with the sales person up front. He was very nice and understood the car , test drove and negotiated the price.I was very clear and discuss all things with the sales person up front. He was very nice and understood the needs and pricing I was talking about. But seems like the neogotiating manager was one of the most rude person I had ever seen in my life, would never like to see him again. Sales person and the negotiating manager were not even on the same page. Negotiating manager was cooking his own story without understanding what me and the sales Manager are talking.I thought I had a deal. I went to the finance manager to sign up the paperwork. He was the most un organised and unprofessional person I ever met. Not sure how he keeps his documentation straight. There were papers all over his desk. When he wanted me to sign the paperwork, the price I negotiated and price I was asked to sign were totally different. Basically they adjusted my trade in such a way that I get $0 for that and pretended like I am an idiot and don't understand the numbers. They were trying to fool me around, when they could not, both finance Manager and Negotiating manager tried to be as rude as they could. I called the sales mamager and he was still of the same opinion as I did. They were so frustated and wanted me to leave the dealership. They wanted my trade in for almost free. They could not defend their actions. I would not even recommend this dealership to anyone for any kind of purchase. Very rude and unfriendly and totally unprofessional staff. I would never recommend anyone to do any business with this location. Guess what until I had not decided to buy I was getting the calls from the dealership for feedback and ratings, as the deal fell apart, now they are not even intrested for any feedback with no further calls. Very unprofessional attitude. Rated : F - - - - - - - - - - - More
If you want to buy a quality used car, don't go here. These guys are all love until you sign those papers, then they're nowhere to be found. Two days after the purchase my used car started making awful noise. I called them, and these were the manager's words "Nothing we can do about it." Car was bought As Is, but you shouldn't expect it to break down two days after paying thousands and thousands for it. Worst part is, they don't even wanna talk about it afterwards. I tried their customer service, they never call back. I literally called 5 days in a row, and each time they say they'd call back and never did. What a shameful business, please, for your own sake, stay away from them. Someone from their dealership gets on here and comments on these reviews so it appears as if they were truly concerned about customer service. That is load of BS. They won't do anything for you, don't be fooled. Go elsewhere. More
Customer service sucks. No one calls you back. Servicce job wasn't right. Still have issues after paying for the job. Had roters and brake pads done. When I dropped the car off. They called me at home and job wasn't right. Still have issues after paying for the job. Had roters and brake pads done. When I dropped the car off. They called me at home and said I was getting generic roters, not factory installed. Said it has to be ordered. Why didn't they tell that when I was there, so I could make the decision to have it done or not. Shotty business if you ask me. Now it makes an awe full noise and still no one has called me back! Let me first say I've bought five car from Nalley Toyota and my parents and brother have bought from them too. We all service our vehicles there too. Unfortunately, I doubt any of us will buy another car f and my parents and brother have bought from them too. We all service our vehicles there too. Unfortunately, I doubt any of us will buy another car fom them. First, Nalley Toyota could not keep my family's contact information straight. I'd receive emails and phone calls regarding my brother's and dad's vehicles. It took over a year to straighten everything out, so we thought. It was so bad, my dad refused to buy a recently purchased vehicle from Nalley Toyota. I am currently in the market and and was interested in a 2012 4Runner. I was very specific in what I wanted, including my desire to not have aftermarket leather or DVD player. I submitted an email inquiry on the vehicle I liked in Nalley's inventory. The confirmation email and follow up email was sent to my dad. After he forwarded it to me, I called and spoke with Sierra Ash. I let her know about all the prior problems and that for me to even come back on the lot she would have to offer a great deal. It was clear i had a trade in that I'd bought from Nalley Toyota and I would not be financing any balance, but did not want to out of pocket very much. I even stated the specific amount before any quote was generated. Sierra Ash looked diligently but could not find the exact vehicle. I ultimately said I would consider aftermarket equipment if the price was right. All this took over five days (Saturday to Wednesday). When the new car manager ultimately sent me a quote it was for more than twice what I said I would spend. It is clear that Nalley does not respect it's customer's time. All they had to tell me is that what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend was not feasible. Instead, over five days I spent time talking with them and never heard that or was given the courtesy a return customer should receive. If they treat a return customer like this I can only imagine how a new one must feel upon visiting Nalley Toyota. To be clear, I never felt mislead only that they did not respect my time or had the respect to tell me the deal I was looking to do was not possible. More
I purchased a used car from these guys and have not been happy at all with the post sale experience. They claim to inspect the vehicles before selling them. I took their word for that and am paying for it happy at all with the post sale experience. They claim to inspect the vehicles before selling them. I took their word for that and am paying for it now. The brakes where worn, the timing belt service had not been done and the a/c control unit needed replaced. All in all about two thousand dollars worth of repairs will need to be done to get the car the way it should have been when delivered. Granted nobody forced me to purchase the car and thinking I could trust a car dealers "pre-sale inspection" was naive on my part. I feel the least I can do is warn others to either stay away or be very cautious when dealing with Nalley. Another issue I am having is collecting on the check due to me from the sale. My trade in was worth more than the vehicle I purchased and they have owed me that money now for almost one month. More
Awful experience, car had major issues two days after the purchase, and they wouldn't even take a look at it without me having to pay for the service. Awful. Awful. purchase, and they wouldn't even take a look at it without me having to pay for the service. Awful. Awful. More
I was searching the Nalley Toyota wesite for a vehicle for a family member. While searching for vehicles under 10K I I saw several vehicles listed at an affilated store for a ridiculously low price of $810 for a family member. While searching for vehicles under 10K I I saw several vehicles listed at an affilated store for a ridiculously low price of $810.00. These were 2012 and 2013 vehicles.I assumed this was a mistake. I chose the chat option on the web site to ask a simple question. Are these prices correct or a mistake? Michael answered the chat. I asked my question. He was unable to answer it and forwarded it to Sierra Ash. Sierra contacted me and I asked the same simple question.Sierra responded with the vehicles were at another Nalley dealership and she could not help me.I explained to her the vehicles were listed on the Nalley Toyota website at an affiliated dealership.I again asked why and that in the past I was told my two sales reps at the Toyota dealership if you ever see a vehicle at another Nalley location we can help you with that vehicle. We are all connected and affiliated and we can help you.In her next email she asked me a question ,what web site did you see the vehicles on?.I reminded her it was her web site.Again she tells me she can't locate the questioned vehicles. I gave her step by step instructions on how to find them. Her next response was I found the vehicles but I can't help you. They are at another dealership.I did not bother to respond. I wonder why she could not email or phone the other dealership and ask my simple question. Correct price or a mistake? You would think as a Interner Sales Manager she could do this.It is my opinion that Sierra has not had the proper training to help customers with internet questions or use the internet. How many customers have been lost because of her lack of knowledge and training. I have purchased vehicles from Nally Toyota and I have referred several people there. I have no complaints with the service I have received from the sales reps in the dealership or the Nalley group. I will continue to refer friends and family members to the dealership. Not internet sales.I just don't understand why this issue with the internet sales happened. My simple question was never answered. More
This is the worst dealership that iI have ever dealt with!! First it took them thirty minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. I had previously worked with a salesman on the phone and neg with!! First it took them thirty minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there. I had previously worked with a salesman on the phone and negotiated a price for the vehicle. They pretended like the vehicle was not there, then they quoted me a price 3,000.00 more than previously agreed upon. Then, they said sorry someone has already placed this vehicle on hold. So we then looked at another vehicle and after everything was agreed upon they asked me would I agree to do a favorable survey? I told them that I would tell the truth about my service which was awful and they refused to sell me the car. This place is AWFUL!,,,,,,,, never ever has service been so bad!! More
