Drove two hours to Nalley for a used Toyota. It is going on two months and still have not received my tag information, when I called to get a form for an extension for my county tag office they were extremely rude. Did not pay that much for a car to be treated like that when it is something that is not my fault. There is a Toyota dealership in our hometown and next time we will go there the price was not even worth it after their service. More
If I could give fewer stars I would. We came to the If I could give fewer stars I would. We came to the dealership after email exchange with one of the interent sales representatives. He sent us a If I could give fewer stars I would. We came to the dealership after email exchange with one of the interent sales representatives. He sent us a really good offer for new Toyota Sienna. We came with our kids with full intention to buy a car. At first the receptionist couldn't find the guy we were talking to. We waited for 30-40 minutes until they've decided to let someone else to help us. After we showed him the offer we got from them, he said it was a mistake (the Internet price was not updated..). Then he gave us another offer, cheaper model for a higher price. When we said that it is unacceptable they told us there is nothing they can do. We asked to speak with the general manager, they gave us his email. We sent him the email the same minute, he responded pretty quickly and asked to speak in the morning the next day. During this conversation he said that another representative will help us and they'll find a way to make it work. Indeed, he sent us an email and tried to find a solution. We asked for a price for several new cars and one used car. He replied that we can have a certain discount on all the cars mentioned. When we came to Nalley toyota with our kids (second day in row!) they told us it's a mistake, again!! The discount can't be applied to the used car. Okay... Then they gave us the out of the door price for the new cars and guess what: one more mistake in the price (almost $2000 difference with price posted in their internet site) and in addition the tax that supposed to be 6.5%, in their offer it was more than 10%. When we questioned the amount they told us its the system and they can't change it. At the end the sales manager took my husband aside and said that this is the price and if we leave – no more discounts. We sent General Manger email again with request to talk and never heard from him or any one else again. We ended up buying Honda odyssey from Honda Gwinnett place (completely different experience!). If you want Toyota go to a different dealership! More

These guys are AWESOME! I'm 19 and just got my whiteout FR-S, traded in my 09 TRD RS5.0 Tc. I'm fortunate enough to have parents who didnt make me pay for anything on that car so i was saving up f whiteout FR-S, traded in my 09 TRD RS5.0 Tc. I'm fortunate enough to have parents who didnt make me pay for anything on that car so i was saving up for my 2nd car (FR-S) for many years knowing i'd want something much better cause im a gearhead. Anyways i walked in there and they immediately greeted me (Salesman was Jason Brown, young kid too so he listened and didnt pressure me) and asked what i was interested in. I told him "Whiteout 6spd FR-S, credit's excellent i just want some ball park #'s on the payments." He said alright let me find out, I was impressed because all the other dealerships i went to didnt take me serious being how young I was, but they didn't judge or anything. They didnt have one but told me they could get one and if i wanted to drive one anyway, i did and of course i loved it. I had no intentions of buying that day but after a 2 times going back and forth with the finance guy they came to an awesome # that blew every other dealership out of the water. Overall VERY SATISFIED, go in there and ask for Jason Brown or Mr. Trupia Tell them Anthony sent you More
When buying my first car for myself I was excited and know exactly what I wanted. A 2007 Toyota 4Runner and Nalley Toyota of Roswell had the one I wanted in black. After test driving and talking with the know exactly what I wanted. A 2007 Toyota 4Runner and Nalley Toyota of Roswell had the one I wanted in black. After test driving and talking with the finance guys I said i had to rest on it. I was told that my purchase would come with a included warranty and I finally said yes. Once I signed the papers I realized that the warrant was added after price. I am now waiting for my for them to process my title so I can get my tags. Ive already had to go down to the tag office once to get an extension and now I cant get a hold of Toyota to get them to process it. Its been almost 2 months. Please Please save yourself and buy a car from somewhere else. This place has been a nightmare. I so wish I could just return this vehicle. I love my car but the thought of putting money in these people pockets makes me sick. More
As always sales persons of any company are nice just because they want to make commission but as always customers have issues after sales is completed. In my case it was pain and stress. I was told by f because they want to make commission but as always customers have issues after sales is completed. In my case it was pain and stress. I was told by finance department at dealership that I will get my permanent registration within 30days of purchase. Dealership provided me with 30days temporary tags to drive the car till I get permanent tags. I purchased my vehicle on December 23, 2012. My temporary tag expired on January 22, 2013. Few days before my tag was about to expire I started contacting Nelly Toyota to check status of my tags. Every time I called and I asked for tag and title department, I was told no one is available there. When I told my situation I was transferred to finance manager. I left several messages for manager to resolve my issue. I left a message stating that I cannot drive car and I will miss my work, also my vehicle is financed through credit union and if vehicle is not registered with appropriate lien my interest rate will jump to default rate of 18.99%. I would have to pay $10,000 more in finance charge if that happens. I didn’t get any call back from dealership. I called in several times and asked for general manager but lady at front desk would not let me speak to him. She took my number and told me that manager will return my call. I also called parent company Asbury automotive group and left messages for company CEO. But none of that helped. No one seemed to care about my situation. I gave up after making 100s call to dealership and Asbury automotive group. I felt helpless. I called in Toyota and told them my situation (case#1301230640). Toyota called at dealership and asked them to resolve the issue. I was told by Toyota that I will get a reply back before end of the day which I did. I also filed a complaint with Georgia consumer protection (Ref#321255). Now finally Nelly Toyota decided to resolve my issue. Finally I got call back from Janith in tag in title department. She told me that she will overnight paperwork to tax office. She told me unfortunately she is only employee working for 3 stores and piled up with lot of work that s why she couldn’t get paperwork sent over to tax office. Dealership charged me $599 documentation charges but I had to go to tax office and fill out all my paperwork and pay penalties to get vehicle registered. I had to pay penalties for not registering vehicle within 30days. Summary: Worst car buying experience I ever had in my life. More

I saw the reviews here first and I was discouraged by them and didn't want to go to nalley toyota instead I went to Marietta,Sandy Springs,Cobb County and World Toyota which was worst by far but that is them and didn't want to go to nalley toyota instead I went to Marietta,Sandy Springs,Cobb County and World Toyota which was worst by far but that is another story. After visiting all of those dealership and going through a hours of price negotiation I was disgusted with sales tactics and a way how they treat customers. Twice I agreed on a price and we started filing out paper work when someone comes and say "well there is one more thing" or "oh there was slight mistake" or whatever and there is ALWAYS something that drives price up, I call it "deception-lies -ambush. After all of this I sent couple of emails to dealers and got response from Sabrina from Nalley Toyota I asked for a price of certain model and she sent me all info how much it cost what is dealers fee, tax, title and tag and gave me final price which was 700 to 1500 lower then in any other dealership that I went. When I came to Nalley Toyota she was nice and polite and introduce me to Carlos who took me for a test ride and answer all my question with patience. Less then two hours and I was behind the wheel of my new car. They all were straight forward ,honest(which is rear in sales persons) and polite and there was no pressure or pushing at any time and I never felt any discomfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone. For me they were best dealership BY FAR! I only wish I have gone there first. More
Nalley Toyota is bad business and has no respect of others time!I was seeking a financing for a new or used car from dealer. I've purchased a couple Toyotas years past and loved them. The kicker is I'v others time!I was seeking a financing for a new or used car from dealer. I've purchased a couple Toyotas years past and loved them. The kicker is I've never experienced a financing manager (Jon Pulliam) calling to tell me, that I've been APPROVED for a loan....after giving all the info upfront! So, he passes it off to Mike Wright to handle it. Mike calls me, I asked him if Jon P. told him how much I was approved for? Mike says, I'll take care of you ...I'm gonna put you in a car! So, Mike Wright passes it off to John Daniels....and I asked the same thing, I asked Mike W. about what Jon P. said....I get same response as Mike W...HA!! After a friend drives over an hour to pick me up, to get me to Toyota, get insurance so I can add the car, after John D. filling out app I sign...I'm wondering and asked Jon Daniels why was he filling out an app, it should've already been filled out by Jon P. So, after I picked out a car, test drove 2 cars, wasted my valuable time and friend's.... all because, Jon P. told me I was APPROVED! Do you honestly think I would have done or went through all that, if I wasn't told I was approved! Heck NO!! I confronted Jon P. with the LIE and he said, if he said anything, it would've went something like this....I said, we're still working on it...etc! YEAH RIGHT!! Car salesmen are like Lieawyers! They just lie to get you there!! I know how this market works now. The manager/owner tell the salesmen to get as many bodies into the dealership as they can. As long as there's traffic like a meat market, they will get that money! If you get 500 bodies in at anytime, and only 200 of them are approved and others are not, then they stil have made their money! It's a darn shame how legal this is! Where's your MORALS?? Without going into details, everyone's situation is different. It didn't matter if lenders said, yay or nay...just tell the darn truth!! STOP TELLING people what they want to hear and tell them the darn truth! Maybe if you all do that, I don't think you would get bad ratings as I've given Nalley Toyota Roswell! GRADE. -F, because you should be upfront and letting the person know if you can help them or not! Instead of lying! I'm Dsmalls and I approve this message! More
