My wife and I recently bought a used Mazda CX 9 from Nalley Toyota. Our experience at the dealership was exceptional and far above that of other dealerships we visited. Our initial contact with the de Nalley Toyota. Our experience at the dealership was exceptional and far above that of other dealerships we visited. Our initial contact with the dealership was with a phone call inquiring about several models listed online. We were immediately contacted by your saleman, Alex Dosantos. Alex was patient with my wife and I and listened to what our needs were. He was able to search Nalley's inventory and locate the cars we were interested in. In most dealerships, salesman often have limited knowledge of the inventory at their disposal. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and knew what worked and did not work for our family. He was aware of financing options and made our experience enjoyable. He did not waist our time with sales tactics or gimicks used by many dealerships. We were very impressed with his porfessionalism and honesty and would certainly recommend others to contact your dealership and work with him for their purchases. More
Went to Nalley toyota of roswell looking for a Camry. Test drove the car and liked it. Went to purchase it. Sat down with the salesman, he started the paperwork then went to see the salemanager. Sales Test drove the car and liked it. Went to purchase it. Sat down with the salesman, he started the paperwork then went to see the salemanager. Sales manager comes out stating Nalley forgot to raise the price and they could not honor the price on the sticker. However, he magnanimously offered to sell me the car at the new increased price. I did not accept. Obviously I recommend avoiding this dealership. Toyotas are good cars, it is a shame Nalley hires xxxxxxxx. Go elsewhere for your toyota needs. More
Donna and Rich are truly gems. From the moment I walked into the dealership, they treated my with friendly, courteous professionalism. They conducted all of their follow ups the same way, and with just en into the dealership, they treated my with friendly, courteous professionalism. They conducted all of their follow ups the same way, and with just enough frequencey to ensure my needs were being met without being overly aggressive. In short, this was the best dealership experience that I have ever had, and will definitely be going back to them in the future. (Incidentally, I did not buy from them; I ended up going with a different make/model, but felt compelled to rate this dealership because its service was so far above any I have ever recieved at other dealerships, to include "luxury brands" like BMW, Infiniti, and Lexus.) They gave me the best deal that any other dealership even offered me with in 100 miles radius of where i live. Id recommend purchasing from them to anyone, matter of fact my own family members will be shopping there soon. The staff was beyond excellent and the store was very organized. excellent job. More
I had a great experience with this dealership. My saleswoman, Donna Carrol, was extremely helpful. She's still a new salesperson there, but if she didn't know the answer to my question, she knew wher saleswoman, Donna Carrol, was extremely helpful. She's still a new salesperson there, but if she didn't know the answer to my question, she knew where to get it. I got a good deal on the car I wanted, and they were extremely patient with me since I was waiting on the insurance company to pay me for my totaled car. I highly recommend the dealership and that you ask for Donna. More
I have been researching brand new 2013 Camry SE for the last 2 months and knew the fair price I was willing to pay out the door. Although I was not happy paying documentation charges, Nalley matched the ou last 2 months and knew the fair price I was willing to pay out the door. Although I was not happy paying documentation charges, Nalley matched the out the door price and I went over and bought the car by paying a check (I do not believe in auto loans and had saved up for 2 years for this day) on 5/11/2013. Internet manager Nicole was sweet, greeting me and letting me test drive the car. I however had a couple of other problems once I moved ahead further. Once Nicole's job was done, the finance manager Jason took over. We chatted a lot and got all the documents signed. Since there was no auto loan involved, I guess we saved each other a lot of bad blood :-) Jason, amongst other things, fleetingly told me about 2 yrs/25K Toyota Care and 3 yrs/36K manufacturer warranty. Later on I realized that I was not walked through the process of how to use Toyota care, what number to call, what is the scheduled maintenance interval, what I should do if there is breakdown on the road etc. Just saying 'Toyota Care' or 'bumper to bumper warranty' does not give the customer the information of how to avail of that facility. I have sent a couple of emails to Nalley on this but haven't got any response so I guess I will now have to search the internet on how to use these facilities. Second, it has been 2 weeks and I have not received any title/registration so far. I just have a temporary tag that was provided on the date of purchase and which expires on 6/11/2013 (one month from the date of buying the car). So I have 2 weeks to go on the temp tag. I did send out an email on this, again no response, so I got hold of Nicole on the phone today and she has told me that it should be in the mail in another 2 weeks. Again, I am not clear if (1) only the title will be in the mail and I have to take the title and go to the DMV to register OR (2) Registration/plate will be in the mail. I have been reading horror stories on http://dealerrater.com about Nalley about customers not having received their registration documents even after 2 months of purchase and they having to contact BBB and Toyota and have them deal directly with Nalley. I am sincerely hoping that in my case it will not go to that stage, I will update this review and keep everyone posted with what happens finally. They get to keep 2 stars because they matched my price. However customers need quick responses, complete information (Toyota care/warranty etc.) and post purchase peace of mind; which I don't think Nalley has been able to provide. More

I wish I could give Nalley Toyota of Roswell an overall "great" or even "good" rating but I cannot. What was great about my experience was working with Vincent Justice. He was professional, courtesy, co "great" or even "good" rating but I cannot. What was great about my experience was working with Vincent Justice. He was professional, courtesy, concerning, honest and straightforward. It was really easy to work with him. And my husband and I appreciated his candor. I hate that he is affiliated with this dealership. If I could rate him solely I would give him a GREAT! Now, the other pieces of my experience were horrible. Jason Alston handled the financial portion of our purchase and seemed more concerned with persuading us to finance my purchase through them as opposed to my credit union. I explained, up front, that we had our own financing with a great rate and I would not deviate from that decision. Even as we were processing the purchase order, Jason continued to attempt to persuade us to at least SEE if their rates could beat my credit union. And, again, we declined the offer. Then, he tried to offer us an extended warranty which we declined. We later purchased an extended warranty through our credit union for a fraction of the cost Jason offered. Then, on Tuesday, April 30, Jason called and informed me that his manager asked him to call me and explain that if I did not produce a check from my credit union by 6 p.m. that I would be under contract with them and they would secure financing FOR ME through their bank. Excuse me? Do not threaten me - you or your manager. We purchased our vehicle on Friday, April 26. We attempted to reach our loan officer on Saturday, April 27. We called Nalley before we even picked up the vehicle on Saturday, April 27 and explained that our loan officer would have to finalize the purchase on Monday. And even on Monday, April 29 we contacted Nalley and made sure they were aware of where we were in the process. My husband and I communicated with Nalley every step of the way and provided situational awareness about the status of payment as we received it. The credit union cut our check ONE hour before Jason called to threaten me - as I was in route to have a medical procedure done. My husband and I planned to drop the check off on Tuesday before the phone call even came. And, when Jason called, it was not a matter of "just checking to see what's going on with the bank" but moreso "give us our money or else". I do not appreciate this type of communication as a purchaser. I appreciate great customer service. And I applaud companies who hold client relations to a great standard. Vincent is an INDIVIDUAL who does such. However, the policy of good customer service is not universal at this dealership. I do not regret purchasing my car from there. But, I do regret the experiences I had with Jason and, indirectly, his manager. Therefore, if you HAVE to visit this dealership please ask for Vincent. If he isn't available, LEAVE. Lastly, after reading the issues with the tag, it'll be interesting to see how long it takes Nalley to file mine. More
