Have you heard that it takes more than 6 weks to cancel warranties that were purchase from this rip off dealer? They haven't credited refund from cancelled policies to my account after cancelling those policies within few days of buying the vehicle. They seem to be sitting on money. While offering extended warranty they never mentioned Toyota Extra Care. They gave warranty from cheap third party. One of other sales manager called up when asking me why I gave poor rating for dealership on Toyota's survey. He was furious for losing his bonus / commission. This dealership deserves nothing better than lowest rating. Though general manager replies to each review ( or is it auto reply by one of his personal assistant), he never bothers to return your call. Big show off. They don't care for customer.
