We enjoyed dealing with Gerard Perminter who sold us a Toyota. Gerard was extremely polite and patient, and not pushy. He worked on our timetable. The sales manager Greg and all the other sales people on the floor were also very pleasant and nice to our kids while we went through the process. The parts guy who sold us an accessory was nice as well. Any less than perfect scores here are due to some of the business people. Michelle was excellent, but the others in the various offices were unsmiling and unfriendly, and probably should not be in customer service positions without more training. More

I bought my car Oct. 21, salesman was nice but continued to rush me to come inside and talk about the price while I was clearly still lo DEALERSHIP! I bought my car Oct. 21, salesman was nice but continued to rush me to come inside and talk about the price while I was clearly still looking at the car. After I decided to purchase the car I did financing with Michelle Howlan. While waiting on the paperwork to be completed, she had to go talk to her boss to correct taxes that weren't correctly put into the contract to begin with. I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to correct the mistake and she told me they may be able to offer a discount for their mistake. They never did. About 5 days before my temporary tag expired, I called to check on the status of my tag. The lady in tag and title said that nothing had been done to get me my tag, she said that my deal was being audited and that was the reason for the delay. She finally sent off the paperwork to my county in which it was sent to the states drivers license office instead of my counties tag and title office. When the paperwork was sent to the correct office, I went to get my tag and the said I had to pay $747 in taxes. I called Nalley to see where the mistake was because all this was supposed to be taken care of in the deal. I talked with Michelle and she was going to see what the mistake was. After several more follow up attempts to call her, I was not able to get in contact with her. I left numerous voicemails on her phone over several weeks and never got a call back. On another attempt to call Monday Dec 2nd I got ahold of her and she said that they made a mistake on the taxes and sent me to Steven Snyder to talk to him. He said that the zip code for my county was put in incorrectly BY HIM for the zip in Roswell instead of my home zip code in another state. He said he was going to look into the issue and call me back that Wednesday. After not hearing from him for a week I called back and he did not answer his phone. I called Michelle and she talked to him and said he was talking to the General Manager and for me to leave him a voicemail and he would call me back. He never called me back. I called the next day and Michelle sent me to the Customer Service Manager who had an answer. He said that the incorrect taxes were their mistake and that I was stuck paying them out of pocket. He and Steven told me that they could not finance them correctly into the deal because it had been too long, even though I had been calling them for weeks to get an answer with no one calling me back and I explained to him that is why this has taken so long. He said the General Manager was unwilling to help my situation and they were not going to do anything to correct their mistake. He did not have an answer as to why my numerous voicemails to Michelle and Steven were never returned. STAY AWAY FROM NALLEY TOYOTA OF ROSWELL More
Richard Warren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car model and selections I could choose from. He was very patient during the numerous test drives and looks around the parking lot. I was interested in a vehicle with a mobility seat. They were able to locate a minivan with the feature in an acceptable color. From the time we drove up, to the time I drove off in my 'new to me' Lexus I was treated like a queen :) I LOV were a pleasure to do business with! That is what he calls him self He still owes me $ 200.00 and is refusing to pay up. He put that money in his own pocket. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! The car we purchased needed a new top. We planned on having it done in NC where we live. The Sales person recommended somebody across the street from the dealer ship. Told us he was the best and they use him all the time. Even than we still wanted to have it done in NC closer to our home. He kept insisting that we have the guy across the street do it, after all Nalley Toyota is here to please their Customers! We finally agreed and left the car with them. We left $ 1,400 at the dealer to pay for the top which the salesperson recommended. When we picked up the car we noticed on the bill that the replacement of the top was only $1,200 and not $1,400. When we asked for the $ 200 which we overpaid we were told that was the Handling charges. Handling charges???? Somebody forgot to mention that and we did not sign anything about that. I am sure if the top replacement would have been $ 1,500 somebody would have ask me for more money and I would have paid it. So why can I get a Refund? Mr. Mike Wright told me that is his profit. That is how he makes extra money. Nice guy! He knows how to rip of his customers. Very, very UNETHICAL I will not rest until my Refund check is in the mail. I will let everybody on Twitter and Facebook know how Nalley Toyota scams you. I will stand in Front of the Dealership with signs and bring a few friends to shout it out. A large ad in the local Newspaper might be good. It is all about the principle . Edith Mason More

Finally i decide the car and got some quotes from other dealers. Here is the trouble its started, I already have my finance approved. 15 min wasted trying to beat my finance but they couldn't beat. Then some more time for bringing their quote( which is nothing but the web price) . I threw the competitive dealers which is less around 2-3 grand. They didn't give their offer. They were talking about all the quality and trying to give me all the marketing but the competitive offer. Finally they asked me what is the otd price i'm willing to do . This is where i didn't like the most. The sales man manager came.. he was so rude.. He wished me luck with the purchase and walked back. I requested their quote for my referrence. He said he is not going to give me that since i am going to buy from another dealer. couple of hours spent and they were not even offering any counter offer..I am not going to or refer Nalley to any one..
