As Mr. Gagliardi asked us to do, I called him the next day at the number provided. As Mr. Gagliardi was not in, I left a message to please call back. Two days later, someone else from Nalley Toyota of Roswell called me. The gentleman was nice enough, but as Mr. Gagliardi had indicated that he personally would take an interest in my friend's story, I said I would rather wait to have that call. Now, more than two weeks after my initial review, I have yet to hear form Mr. Gagliardi. And my friends has not bought the car she was ready to close the deal on. It it still with a great deal of regret that I cannot recommend doing business with Nalley Toyota of Roswell. And it certainly makes me reevaluate any other experience I may have with the Nalley Group as a whole. Very disappointing after 23+ years.
