I especially want to point out the fine job by Sales Advisor, Richard Warren. Richard stepped in to assist when a previous sales advisor was not available. Richard impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and customer service during the test drive, trade negotiation and closing experience. I found the entire staff at Nalley Toyota Roswell to be cordial, professional and customer oriented. I would without question recommend Richard Warren and Nalley to any of my friends and family looking to make a car purchase. Mr. Gagliardi, you made the right choice when you brought Richard Warren with you from the prior dealership you managed! More

Mr. Warren was a "no pressure" sales person which was a delight for me. He knew his products and was able to answer all of my questions, and as a result was able to put me in a vehicle that suited my needs the best. A great team effort at Nalley! We went to Nalley Toyota to test drive a few 2014 Corolla's for our daughter to take back to college and were greeted by John Garner. John looked thro We went to Nalley Toyota to test drive a few 2014 Corolla's for our daughter to take back to college and were greeted by John Garner. John looked through all of the inventory to help us find the exact combination of color and options that we were looking for. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy or make a decision that day and at the end of our first visit John thanked us for coming in and offered to help us in any way he could to find the exact Corolla we were looking. John also introduced us to Kevin Jeffries on that first visit and Kevin was also very friendly and professional and offered to help us in any way he could as well. John was off the next day so we worked with Richard "Dick" Warren on our second visit (see below) and had an equally outstanding experience with Dick. John then assisted us on our third visit when we took delivery of our new Corolla and John was again very helpful and attentive answering all of our questions and making certain that the car was fully detailed and delivered in perfect condition. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience at an excellent price. We worked with Dick on our second visit to Nalley to find a new 2014 Corolla for our daughter. Dick spent the time needed both on the phone and during our visit to find the exact combination of color and options that we were looking for. When he found the car in inventory he held it for us until the next day so we could get in for a test drive. When we came in for the test drive Dick had the car waiting in front of the dealership and was very patient and attentive to us while answering all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy at any point and we really felt like Dick was completely focused on finding the perfect car that suited our needs and not just on making a sale. My wife couldn't make it in that day to check out the car because of her work schedule so Jason in finance offered to have us take the car home overnight so she could check it out and then we could return it in the morning with our decision, again with no pressure to buy. When we decided to buy the car we worked through the pricing very quickly and painlessly with Kevin and Jason and when we came in the next day to sign the sale documents with Aaron all paperwork matched exactly what was agreed to. After documents were signed John had the car detailed and ready to go. I would highly recommend the entire team that we worked with at Nalley Toyota, we really felt at home here. More
DISHONEST sales. Buyer beware. They will tell you lies to get you to come in to the dealership. I asked several times if their online price quote included all fees, specifically do They will tell you lies to get you to come in to the dealership. I asked several times if their online price quote included all fees, specifically doc and destination fees. The small print said one thing and they kept saying another. Of course when arriving and talking to them in person, they added those aforementioned fees plus a frivolous option pkg that cost almost $1000 . The say they add this to all the cars. Why not mention this when communicating via email?!?! Thanks for the waste of time. Went to Toyota in Kennesaw and was treated right and with respect. Plus I bought the car for $1200 less than what Nalley wanted. Buyer beware, especially when they keep avoiding your questions and keep asking you to come in to the dealership. Kevin Jeffries was the worst one. More

Sole a sludge engine Lexus, took the car back, got another one from a different state. They failed to perform emissions testing and waited until the temp tag expired and told me to go to the tag office. Not only that, the car had a hole in the bumper, they used a shade tree mechanic to fix it. I could go on, but never again will I patronize that company again. They surely aren't worth my business. The service from the very beginning was shaky however acceptable, the problem started when I agreed on a price. I had agreed to purchase the car the next day, however I still had some questions about the car, especially because it was a certified car, and me being a young college student, didn’t know exactly what that entailed. I went there with the intention and expectation of having all of my questions answered before purchasing the car. However, as soon as we got there, the dealer very impatiently asked me to purchase car insurance right away before anything else. I informed him that I still had some questions about the car, he very offhandedly read me the basic terms of the certification off of the information label that is hung on the car itself (which anyone could have done) right there outside instead of sitting down somewhere and properly explaining everything to me. I also inquired about a remote key for the car, however he brushed that off as well saying he wasn’t included. I could have very easily purchased it, but the way he brushed it off discouraged me from wanting to buy it or asking any other questions. It made me uncomfortable and want to get out of there as soon as possible. This whole time he was adamantly and impatiently pressuring me to buy the insurance right away instead of answering my questions properly. Even my sister who accompanied me was off put by his obvious and overt impatience. It felt like because he was assured that we were buying the car, his behavior towards us changed for the worse. He just wanted to get rid of us and go work on a new deal. Then as I was signing some of the papers, I asked him what I was signing for and his exact word were that “this is to make sure you aren’t a terrorist or something,” which was really offending to me and my family. He might have said it as a joke, but I didn’t take it as one because it was really unprofessional, inappropriate, and insensitive of him to make that negative stereotyped reference especially because of our Muslim background. After having purchased the car, I noticed that the color faded after a few days. Now the right side window is making a screeching sound as it is rolled up and down as well. I keep finding problems with it. Moreover, the car is certified, which the dealer said came with roadside assistance, however they never gave me a number to call for the roadside assistance. I had an unsatisfactory experience there. More
