Great Customer Service I had been looking for a slightly used Camry SE for several weeks and had driven several. Due to the country's economic state for the last few years, I had been looking for a slightly used Camry SE for several weeks and had driven several. Due to the country's economic state for the last few years, I and many others have less than perfect credit. Two previous dealerships were not able to secure an acceptable loan for me, one of those, another Toyota dealership in Sandy Springs, simply told me that I could not get a loan and I would not be able to get a loan anywhere that I went ! However, Nalley Toyota of Roswell did that very thing the very next day ! The dealership is open on Sunday, which is great, I am one of those people who sometimes have to work on Saturday and can't shop until Sunday. The price of the car was fair, I got a good trade-in value for my Ford SUV and I had a great salesperson Odell Jones. Overall a great experience ! I left happy and will be a repeat customer ! More

We found the perfect car for us and came to a reasonable price without undergoing a harrowing, high powered negotiation. The overall experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel truly welcomed. The finance manageralso made us feel completely comfortable during the finance negotiation. Truly exceptional experience. Great car purchase experience I looked on line for the car that my wife wanted and found one at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I contacted Dick Warren, Sales Consultant and we set at ti I looked on line for the car that my wife wanted and found one at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I contacted Dick Warren, Sales Consultant and we set at time for my Wife and I to come and look at the care and test drive. The car was out and ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. Dick was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. We negotiated our trade in and Mark the Sales Manager was very willing to work with us. Jason Cruz in Finance was also able to get us an extremely low interest rate to make the deal even better. We feel we got an exceptional deal without the normal gyrations that you would typically experience at most dealership. I would highly recommend Nalley and Dick Warren to my family and friends. More

Andy was the manager and was really a busy guy but was probably one of the most personable managment level people I've ever dealt with. Greg was just as personable and helpful. Certainly not the average car buying experience. I only wish I didn't live several states away....I would stop in just to say "Hi". I will give them definite consideration on any future automobile purchases that I am considering. More
Mark Capozza luck of leadership I have never seen anyone as rude as Mark Capozza. He has no idea about customer service or taking care of customers. Mark Capozza all he cares money and he will insult you if you give him a lower offer. I reported him to his GM about his luck of leadership and how rude he was dealing with you. Hearing from the guys in world Toyota Mark was fired by insulting few customers there. If his GM keeps him there I guess it will tell you about the whole organization and how much they care about their customers. More

He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and at all times very professional. The weather was cold and rainy, but it certainly didn't diminish his ability to perform his job. We were very pleased with Kevin and would request his expertise and friendliness service again. Cheri Norry, Service Dept., is also a wonderful asset to your company. She's always upbeat, friendly and knows her job quite well. Last but not least is Ken Womack, Finance Mgr., who was also professional and very people oriented.
