Negotiation over price was long but Gus and Manager Andy Lee dealt with situation in polite and friendly manner. Great Customer Service I had been looking for a slightly used Camry SE for several weeks and had driven several. Due to the country's economic state for the last few years, I had been looking for a slightly used Camry SE for several weeks and had driven several. Due to the country's economic state for the last few years, I and many others have less than perfect credit. Two previous dealerships were not able to secure an acceptable loan for me, one of those, another Toyota dealership in Sandy Springs, simply told me that I could not get a loan and I would not be able to get a loan anywhere that I went ! However, Nalley Toyota of Roswell did that very thing the very next day ! The dealership is open on Sunday, which is great, I am one of those people who sometimes have to work on Saturday and can't shop until Sunday. The price of the car was fair, I got a good trade-in value for my Ford SUV and I had a great salesperson Odell Jones. Overall a great experience ! I left happy and will be a repeat customer ! More
