A good experience with helpful, friendly associates I don't often shop with dealers, and even less often feel the need to leave a review. After working with Curtis as a salesman, and Ronnie as the Sale I don't often shop with dealers, and even less often feel the need to leave a review. After working with Curtis as a salesman, and Ronnie as the Sales Manager, we came to a very mutually beneficial deal that I didn't think would happen. And thereafter, Curtis and Ronnie then were willing to go even further to correct an oversight on my part. Not only that, but I walked in pre-approved from a local bank with an APR I thought unbeatable, only to have Ronnie beat it by a full 1%. (and 1% is a big number when you walk in already under 4%) Their ability to provide amazing service, combined with their willingness to work through what can seem impossible obstacles left me to wonder how I hadn't found them earlier. I walked in there a potential one time customer, and it seems I may have walked out as a customer for life. More

Best Buying Experience Ever Was in the market for a new car for my daughter. Local dealerships where I lived had a "Take it or leave it" attitude. He was so welcoming and professional, that I actually got serious about it. he introduced me to my stellar sales rep, Taylor. Taylor took his time and let me get comfortable with him before he suggested anything or asked me for any information. By that time I had laid my eyes on a Tacoma sitting on the showroom floor. He slowly got the information he needed and in only two exchanges of information, I had agreed to do a trade. Got exactly what I wanted and at I price I could live with. More
