Oil change Called ahead to see if there was time for an oil change or if I could make an appointment. The lady told me that if I were to come in before 3 they Called ahead to see if there was time for an oil change or if I could make an appointment. The lady told me that if I were to come in before 3 they had 5 service technicians and it shouldn't be a problem to get my oil changed before 4:00. Showed up at 2:45 and was turned away. I was told that there were 5 cats ahead of me and the technicians wanted to leave by 4:00. There were no apologies or offers to do it another time with the coupon I had. While I understand the employees wanting to leave on time, nobody valued the time that I took to call ahead or to drive there based on what I was told. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I will stick with Cobb County Toyota in the future. More

We drove 45 min to buy a vehicle from this dealership because Nalley Toyota of Roswell had the lowest price on the particular model I was looking at. We drove 45 min to buy a vehicle from this dealership because they were roughly $3500 lower in price than the Toyota dealership in my town. The sales associate was very helpful and not pushing us towards options/upgrades we didn't want or need. There was very little haggling involved, or needed. This was my first new vehicle purchase and I hope that all my future new vehicle purchases are this smooth. Great job guys! Keep up the great work! More

Now a 2015 Highlander Owner Enough Said We had been shopping for a new Highlander over the past several months. Availability has been an issue especially in the color combination we wanted. We had been shopping for a new Highlander over the past several months. Availability has been an issue especially in the color combination we wanted. We had been checking websites of all the Toyota dealers in town, Nalley showed up with 2 Limited matching our colors. We stopped in to look at them and leave a deposit for an XLE which was less money with similar features. Kevin Smith was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable. Let us drive the car and came back to help us with the deposit for the XLE. We decided to see what the difference was between the Limited an XLE to the pocket book, bounced a few ideas off the wall and we drove home with the Limited the same day. Everyone we worked with there was exceptionally nice and helped us through the process. We felt like we got a good deal which means if we feel that way we did. More

I used True Car program thru my employer and found the exact car I wanted. Andy Porter was my sales person and he was AWESOME! Let's face it, buying a car is a minimum 4 hour experience. Andy and the Finance person, Jason, knew that my time was valuable and moved me thru the process as quickly as possible. I got a great car at a great price and even got an ok trade in. I will recommend Andy to any friends that are in the market for a used car. He is great! Everyone involved did a great job! More
3 hours wasted on incompetent sales people. I came in with a friend I was referring to purchase a car from Toyota Roswell. I had recently purchased a car and had good experience overall. My friend and I came into the dealership. We were greeted accordingly and then paired up with one of the more "seasoned" car salesmen. He was straight forward from the beginning. We laid out our expectations and then proceeded to see some of out options. We landed on a Kia Sorento and everything seemed to be going good. The car salesmen kept making comments about his time being a car salesmen and how he wasn't making money on the deal he was working for us. ???? I don't know how that helps anything but I let it go. The sticker on the outside of the Soreto was $20k... It was $7k over the price limit my friend had set to keep payments manageable. The salesmen was quoting us $13k for the Sorento. My friend and I ended up commenting on the price gap/discount multiple times throughout the sales process. Everything seemed to be rolling along well and it was time to sign the credit applications for financing. The salesman went to collect the paperwork from one of the managers and returned with bad news. He proceeded to excuse himself for just being human and getting the price $4k wrong. This would not have been an issue, except the salesman had MULTIPLE opportunities to verify the price of the vehicle. I commented on this before walking up to one of the managers. The manager made excuses and said he wouldn't do anything for us. While I was gone the salesman made rude comments about me to my friend. We walked out of the car dealership and nothing was resolved. A few days later my friend reached out to customer service to see if they would make it right. They transferred her to the dealership GM. He proceeded to laugh in my friends face and accused her of aggressive behavior. He then told her he wouldn't sell a car to her under any circumstances as a result of her behavior in the dealership. In my opinion the easiest sale you can get is a referral. I raved and raved to my friend to come to this dealership after my experiences. At no time were either of us aggressive. The only thing that happened is we walked out after 3 hours wasted that could have been avoided with some simple due diligence. Do not give this dealership your business. Try Regal Nissan instead. They roll out the red carpet. More
