I absolutely detest the research, the sales process, the paperwork, etc. Danny, his sales partner Toni, and Mike in finance, were a great group to work with. Danny is incredibly personable and patient. He is thorough and he is respectfully persistent. Toni is full of life and energy, keeps it simple and makes certain all your questions are answered. Mike goes 1,000,000 mile per hour (he can do that, he's from NYC), knows his stuff and makes the time spent doing paperwork move very efficiently. More

They also have not told us the cost was going to be one thing and then tried to run up the bill as had been our experience at a different new car dealer in Atlanta that we had used on service on a prior vehicle. Very satisfactory explanation of details on vehicle and information concerning warrantee and service for new vehicle. Pricing of car was upfront with no problems. oil leak after a regular oil change A couple months ago, My wife dropped off our Toyota Siena for oil change. When she picked up the car they recommended value cover gaskets replacemnt A couple months ago, My wife dropped off our Toyota Siena for oil change. When she picked up the car they recommended value cover gaskets replacemnt because they found oil leak from engine. I knew then there was not a leak we need to be concerned because there is no oil stain on my garage floor before we took the car to them. So we declined the work and decided to wait and see. Within a few days, we noticed a big puddle of oil on the garage floor. went under the car and felt the oil leak came from the bottom of the engine And the oil puddle was directly under the oil plug. I took pictures of the oil puddle. We took back the car back and show pictures to the service representative. He said they recommended repair for oil leak but we declined, I Was furious and said there were no oil stain before we did the oil change and Now we got a big puddle of oil on my garage floor.. I insisted they would fix it. He sent the car back to mechanics and called us later that told us the drain plug gasket was leaking. They replaced the gasket and top the oil. They insisted it was no one's fault. I was going to yell at the guy before my wife stopped me going to confront him. I have changed done oil change in many shops for over 20 years, never had i got a huge oil leak afterwards. It is clear either the mechnanic was incompetent or they were trying to scram me.. Either way, there is no reason to go back to this dealer. At least they should have admitted their mistake and tried to take care of my oil stain in my garage door. More

Accommodating after I reached the General Manager. After being pressured into a deal and purchasing a vehicle that didn't fit my life. It turned into a 2 1/2" week anger management class of being stres After being pressured into a deal and purchasing a vehicle that didn't fit my life. It turned into a 2 1/2" week anger management class of being stressed out and inconvenienced. The sales man acted like I was putting the blame on him when actually he just wasn't knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He also wouldn't let me put a deposit on the vehicle and come back the following morning. I guess i am just agitated because I was going to purchase from them regardless because they were giving me the trade-in value thatI wanted. Once I contacted the General Manager he made it right, but what a hassle. I still have to go back up there to have them change a dashboard panel that they scratched trying to make it right. I will be happy once I don't have to go there anymore! More
