Experience with sales manager is worst I am so sorry to say that, I really had very bad experience with the sales manager. First of all he is not aware of what the new vehicle (inventory) c I am so sorry to say that, I really had very bad experience with the sales manager. First of all he is not aware of what the new vehicle (inventory) come with pre-loaded options. He made me to pay for options that were not pre-loaded and at the last movement just before vehicle delivery he wanted me to drop-off everything only because he has been working since 15 hours and not ready to handle the situation or not answerable to the mistake he made (Delivering the vehicle with options that I already signed finance documents and paying for). I was not happy with that reaction from him. Couple of days later he arranged another appointment to fix the vehicle and his behavior on that day was pathetic. He was not ready to answer or spend even couple of minutes with me. After three hours of wait, he handed over the vehicle by just dropping off keys in my hand and left off. Again the vehicle was not completely fixed upon requesting him to check that, he took vehicle and made me to wait another 1 hr 30 mins. He was very rude with me on that day and behaving like the deals was closed and he is not answerable to anything. He is not ready to explain basic question like what comes with warranty. May be he is not aware or not patient enough to share. I have lot of respect and I am fan of Toyota. This is my first new car experience with Nalley Toyota Roswell which leaves me to rethink about Nalley Toyota showroom along with Toyota customer satisfaction. I hope my feedback help new customers in future especially going and dealing with sales person like John Garner. Thanks, Bala. More

I absolutely detest the research, the sales process, the paperwork, etc. Danny, his sales partner Toni, and Mike in finance, were a great group to work with. Danny is incredibly personable and patient. He is thorough and he is respectfully persistent. Toni is full of life and energy, keeps it simple and makes certain all your questions are answered. Mike goes 1,000,000 mile per hour (he can do that, he's from NYC), knows his stuff and makes the time spent doing paperwork move very efficiently. More

We continue to use Nalley Toyota for our service on our vehicle even though it is our of warranty because the service is always performed quickly and We continue to use Nalley Toyota for our service on our vehicle even though it is our of warranty because the service is always performed quickly and throughly with excellent service. They also have not told us the cost was going to be one thing and then tried to run up the bill as had been our experience at a different new car dealer in Atlanta that we had used on service on a prior vehicle. From the purchase through service over four years later we are still a loyal Nalley customer. More
