Dishonest is your name!!! I used this dealer for my two Toyota car service for last two years, I have to make a sad conclusion that this dealer is very dishonest. I just left t I used this dealer for my two Toyota car service for last two years, I have to make a sad conclusion that this dealer is very dishonest. I just left the service department today. They asked to change rear brake pad and service for $219.00 and told me the air filter box need to be replaced b/c one of the screw was broken. I went to another honest repair shop. They told me the pad is in good condition and does not need any replacement for at least 5000 miles and they fixed air filter without charge. I had my power door fixed in this dealer and was originally asked $450 to fix. Today they charged $553 and did not take 20% discount coupon and told me that he already give discount. We usually think that dealers provide good quality service and try their best to keep good reputation. But this dealer is trying their best to ruin Toyota's reputation!!!, Shame on you, Nalley Toyota of Roswell ! Dishonest is your name!!! More

A Miracle Worker... Seriously. My wife and I came in to the Roswell Toyota dealership hoping we'd be able to work something out but thinking it would be a long shot given the financ My wife and I came in to the Roswell Toyota dealership hoping we'd be able to work something out but thinking it would be a long shot given the financial parameters we were going in with. Our credit wasn't great and we could not afford a high monthly payment. While we had a very pleasant experience with the sales man and we loved the car in question, it would all come down to the financing. And that's where Charles Wang came into the picture. He was very friendly and professional and took our financial situation along with our vehicle's needs into consideration. He respected that we were payment conscious and didn't try to push things on us that we couldn't afford, which we really appreciated. He was able to work his magic and kept the car payment in our range of affordability while giving us the essential warranties and protections that really mattered to us. My wife and I had already had a very bad day before we ever got there. Leaving without the car we needed would have been a yet another disappointment. But thanks to Mr. Wang we left with a new car we could actually afford and in much highers spirits. This was our first experience with a Toyota dealership and thanks to Mr. Wang and the other wonderful Toyota employees at this location, it will not be our last. Thank you SO much Mr. Wang for working your magic and being such a pleasure to work with. :) More

Excellent team We went in on a Thursday to finalize the deal on a Toyota Camry which we have been negotiating since that afternoon.The sales person was very confide We went in on a Thursday to finalize the deal on a Toyota Camry which we have been negotiating since that afternoon.The sales person was very confident that he could give us the best deal possible. We went for a ride and were set on a price.We walked in the door at 7:45 pm and din't expect to take the delivery of the car that night as we figured the service department will be closed and the finance department will be almost ready to leave for the day but we were wrong...they all stayed..the car was sent for detailing and the finance person stayed till 11:00 pm and finished the paper work and we walked over to the car to find the Sales person taking a look at the car to make sure it was all set.We were even offered another detailing if we find anything that wasn't up to our liking. We did find one little thing and it was taken care of immediately.We are very impressed and would return if we need another car int eh future.. thank you More

Bait and Switch Professionals I tried to buy a new Camry XSE Blizzard Pearl from Nalley Toyota but they could not sell it for the TrueCar price ($20,602) that they gave me. They sa I tried to buy a new Camry XSE Blizzard Pearl from Nalley Toyota but they could not sell it for the TrueCar price ($20,602) that they gave me. They said that they didn't have the car (bait and switch scam) but they could get me a SE for the price they said. They only Match the savings $7,068 of TrueCar so I bought a new 2015 Honda Accord EX with 4 miles using AutoTrader for $21,502. The good thing is I warn everyone I talk to about Nalley Toyota bait and switch tactics and TrueCar scams. You can't buy that kind of mouth to mouth advertising (priceless) A very rude & condescending Jason Brown replied that I should have read all the Disclosed information on TrueCar web site before I use them, even though TrueCar commercials proclaim that you just bring in the printed car price with the savings into the dealer and walk out with a new car. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get a good lawyer to look over all documents that you may sign at Nalley Toyota because they find pleasure in scamming you with little hidden details. (who reads all of the details of every web site unless you might be a lawyer) The other dealers were about $1500 higher in price because they were honest with the TrueCar Price. Don't waste your valuable time entertaining these condescending fools, they see the general public as ignorant and themselves as geniuses with their marketing tactics. More
