Unlike other dealerships we visited, we felt like this dealership's staff truly wanted our business - from Stacey to the sales manager to the finance manager. They all made our process from beginning to end very smooth and enjoyable. We are a Toyota family and will certainly be visiting this dealership again in the future! Thank you Nalley Toyota of Roswell for such a positive experience! More

I asked for a From the start, Taylor Adkins was my point of contact. She was very polite, professional and fun to talk with. AJ was my salesperson. I asked for a very specific car and AJ promised he would get it to me and have it by the following Tuesday. When I messaged him Tuesday, he stated the car was "delayed" at port. So I stated I would need a refund on my deposit and to unwind the deal. When I went to the dealership, Robert Gagliardi came out and said that my car had been there for almost a day and someone should have contacted me. The car wasn't really "new new" as it had 240 miles on it. Allegedly, they had to drive it from the dealership. When I saw the car, several things that were promised were not on the car - floor mats, tinted windows and keyless entry. Robert agreed to put these on the car as they were listed. (As of today, I have not received the floor mats). John Garner took over for the sales as AJ wasn't there. He was polite, patient and fully knowledgeable. Mike Hecht did the financing. He is a great guy who wants the customer to feel at ease, he wants to know what went wrong and right in other experiences to make it a better experience. After right at two weeks, I noticed my other note had not been paid off and sent an e-mail in. Rich Trupia responded that it had been sent. When I asked why the prior company hadn't received it, Rich was extremely rude to me and told me he knew what he was doing and asked if I had experience in his field. I asked him to not be rude as I was just asking a question and he said "trust me, I know what I'm doing" and hung up. Eventually, the prior place did get the pay off. So - over all impression. Try to get John Garner, Taylor Adkins, Mike Hecht involved as much as possible. Robert is great, but hopefully you won't "need" to see him. Hopefully you won't get AJ involved. He seemed very scattered in his communication after the deal. Avoid Rich Trupia. How he is still there is beyond me. His communication with me is why I can't give a higher rating on customer service or friendliness. Also, I found out through an insurance call, I was not given the Yaris LE as promised, but an L. A "manager" who wouldn't give me his name a second time told me there is "no difference" between the 2 except power steering and wheel controls for the stereo. He made excuses that I should have had a complete walk around, which I did not. He said I must have had to notice I didn't have power locks or tint on the windows. Further, he stated the difference in price is only $500 and at this point "hunting down" a blue LE wouldn't happen. He also promised me the floor mats that I was supposed to get and a call the next day. It's been 48 hours. The service department is awesome and on target, but I'm not satisfied with sales. More
Efficient Shopping and Buying Experience I did my research prior to showing up at the Dealership and pretty much knew what I wanted. The sales person did not try to talk me into an upgrade and listened to my preferences which I appreciated. I was able to complete the test drive and purchase in about 3 hours.. Following the purchase we added side molding to protect the side of the car from swinging doors in the parking lot. The appointment was not properly recorded and it was harder than it should have been to get the appointment resolved. More

The Tacoma has consistently received rave reviews and its reliability and durability made it seem like the perfect truck to purchase for someone who hangs on to vehicles for a long time. The only question was where to buy it. After dealing with Michael, Jason, and everyone else at Nalley, I'm so glad we took our business here. Michael was very personable and helpful with all the questions we had for him. The transparency in every step of the process demonstrates Michael, Jason, and Nalley's belief in their product. Even the website for Nalley Toyota clearly states the deals available on Nalley's large inventory. The success of a business is not just a matter of volume. Repeat business is the true indicator. Michael, Jason, and Nalley want to work with you because they know you will be back. More

I just left t I used this dealer for my two Toyota car service for last two years, I have to make a sad conclusion that this dealer is very dishonest. I just left the service department today. They asked to change rear brake pad and service for $219.00 and told me the air filter box need to be replaced b/c one of the screw was broken. I went to another honest repair shop. They told me the pad is in good condition and does not need any replacement for at least 5000 miles and they fixed air filter without charge. I had my power door fixed in this dealer and was originally asked $450 to fix. Today they charged $553 and did not take 20% discount coupon and told me that he already give discount. We usually think that dealers provide good quality service and try their best to keep good reputation. But this dealer is trying their best to ruin Toyota's reputation!!!, Shame on you, Nalley Toyota of Roswell ! Dishonest is your name!!! More
