Great Experience! I initially spoke with Kevin Smith who found the perfect car for me; a slightly used 2015 Highlander with all the bells and whistles. We weren't ready to purchase at that time, and unfortunately by the time we were ready he was going on vacation. Kevin referred us to Dick Warren who took care of us beautifully. There was never any pressure from either of these sales people, which was always something I've disliked about buying cars. We also worked with Charles Wang in finance who was able to beat our bank loan interest rate and saved us a few more dollars. I love my new car! More

I brought my car in to the service department, as I have done for many years, and lo and behold there were some major problems found that I had not known about. I always deal with Cheri Norry in the Service Department, because she is the best, and after careful consideration and consultation, I decided my 2003 Camry was not worth fixing. She introduced me to Richard and the rest is history. I purchased a new 2015 Camry, which was greatly discounted due to the time of year. It turned out to be an extremely no-pressure event, both with Richard and Jason in Finance. My husband and I purchased Camrys in the past at Nalley Toyota in Roswell, and the tradition continues. Thank you Richard for a pleasant experience and a beautiful car. More

still waiting On June 6th 2015 I purchased a used 2009 Honda odyssey , the sale went smooth , I went back to the dealer 2 days later to check on something else and On June 6th 2015 I purchased a used 2009 Honda odyssey , the sale went smooth , I went back to the dealer 2 days later to check on something else and the salesman, Danny a very nice guy, and I discovered that a safety item was missing from the car, They said they would try and find the item for me. I went back twice to pick up the item and both times it was the wrong item, I was told they would let me know when the item came in, but on two occasions they said I bought the car as is and would have to live with it. If they live up to their word I would be glad to recommend them STILL WAITING HONDAVAN. More

The Highlander was still extremely dirty after the second cleaning by Nalley (e.g. easily removable stains on seats and carpets; something spilled and still somewhat wet in the backseat and on seatbelt strap; previous owners items found under seats, including doll, GUM, bobby pins, and ball). If we had known Nalley would perform such a poor service, we would have not waited. WE ended up detailing ourselves! More

I worked with them to find a Highlander with certain features and colors. They were able to provide options and inventory when almost no one has any Highlanders on the lot. Michael Hendrix is a very nice salesman and he treated us well. He was informative and not pushy at all. The GM Robert Gagliardi and sales manager Mark Capozza both came by to thank us for the our business. We enjoyed working with Mike Hecht in finance to finish our deal. The facility is beautiful and clean and while it was raining the day we were there they brought our suv into an open garage for us to spend time checking it out. We never felt pressured to buy any extras that we didn't want or need. I strongly recommend this dealership. More
