This dealership has a fantastic employee who makes the customer feel welcome and well treated. Our paperwork was handled by Jason Alston and he was very thorough in handling all of that. Disappointment I found vehicle online. I phoned and spoke with salesman then my next step was completing the finance app online. The salesman phoned back and advised I found vehicle online. The salesman phoned back and advised the financing was approved and the vehicle was ours and when could we come in. I advised that same evening. I would call my husband to see how many months he wanted to run the financing and let the salesman know back. On our way down the salesman phoned and advised the vehicle had sold. This was AFTER my financing was approved for this vehicle! The thing is - Now I have a hit on my credit report where they ran my credit and we have no vehicle. They ask if I would be interested in another vehicle and I said no that I would look elsewhere. Their reply was - okay - good luck. Would not recommend this dealership at all. More

Russell Autry, Jason Cruz and the team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell made this my best car-buying experience so far: I got the car I wanted at a *very* good price with with the finance terms that made my wife and I happy. They even took my 'bucket' as trade-in and valued it at a price I did not think I would be able to get a private sale - that really blew my mind. *Please read, this will be helpful if you're in the market to buy a car (and no, I do not work for Nalley, I'm just an extremely happy customer!* I had been in the market for a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma for some time. My intention was never to buy a new truck, I just wanted a pre-owned one that fit my criteria: Low mileage, excellent condition, good price, and most importantly, I wanted to buy from a well-known dealership. I knew it was going to be hard to find the right vehicle. The trucks I found online were priced to high, and the ones that fit my budget were in mediocre shape. Then one afternoon right before I left the office, I remembered there was a Toyota dealership in Roswell, so I visited their website and I finally found the truck that fit all my criteria. I submitted my contact information for them to contact me, it was about 6:45PM that day. Within literally a couple of minutes, I received a call from Russell asking if I'd like to check out the car the day after. The next day my wife and I went to the dealership and met with Russell. We took the truck I had seen on the website, came back and test drove another truck. At this point Russell asked if we were interested in buying, to which I replied 'Yes', but I explained I wanted to sell my car and come back with a good down payment. Russell offered to sit down with us and check out our options, but only if we wanted. *This is important:* I did not feel pressured at all during the visit. It felt like Russell was genuinely interested in doing what felt right for my wife and I. It did not feel like past experiences, where I felt pressured (almost intimidated) to buy and do what the dealer wanted, this was different. We went in, spoke about financing and Russell showed us some initial figures, which I did not like much. Russell asked if I wanted to leave my car as a trade-in. I thought I would only get a couple hundred $, which is why I wanted to sell at a private sale and come back on a different day, because I knew I would get more outside the dealer. To my surprise, they took my car as trade-in and valued it at what I would have gotten at private sale. They checked our credit and came back with figures that my wife and I were happy with. We went over and signed the paperwork with Jason Cruz, added the truck to my insurance, got the keys from Russell and drove home in my new-to-me truck. I could not believe it!!! The whole thing had been so quick, easy and pleasant. I came back to the dealer the day after just to bring the title for the car I left as trade-in. The one thing that stood out the most from the experience was that it felt like I had the control of the business transaction. I did not feel pressured at all. I remember Russell saying to do "what felt right to us, only if we felt comfortable". He genuinely looked excited for me, for my purchase. I will definitely refer Russell Autry and Nalley Toyota of Roswell to my friends and family looking to buy a car. Thanks Russell and Jason Cruz. You guys ROCK!! More

Above and beyond This was our (my wife and I) first time purchasing a car, and after so much hard work and searching, I went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell on 10/19/15 a This was our (my wife and I) first time purchasing a car, and after so much hard work and searching, I went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell on 10/19/15 and met Danny Bustos to test drive some vehicles. My wife and I have a 1 year old daughter, so we were looking for something safe and reliable but was in our budget range. Ultimately Danny was able to find us a 2013 Toyota Corolla that was certified pre-owned around our budget price, and was able to clearly explain the benefits of it over any of the other options that we had. Me and my wife were convinced that not only was it a safe option, but incredibly reliable and backed by a warranty. We decided that it was the option for us but we needed to get some paperwork together, so we came back the next day and sealed the deal with Mr. Bustos. Not only was he patient throughout the whole process(we were waiting on information from out of state for a couple of hours!) but he was honest and he made sure that we were satisfied. He even filled up our tank before we left and gave us a free oil change slip when the car will be due for one. All i can say is thank you for such a great experience, he made it worthwhile and he really represented Nalley Toyota with professionalism and honesty . GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE PLEASE!!!!! I have a beautiful brand new car which I wasn't really expecting but they made everything come together like clock work.
