Terrible service department Lies ans false promises on car repair - First he was to check if the parts needed were in stock. Repair would take 4 hours; then another hour and half, then the part will be here in 30 min. But the part never arrived until the next day. Service writer out right lied about part being "on its way - day later and my car is still sitting there. Said he would call last night- didn't. Wasn't there today when I finally went to the dealer after no one returned calls, then no one answered in the service, sales, or operator offices. I went there and asked for the manager. He was called and even though he was sitting 20 feet away, he did not respond to the call. I got another guy to find him; when I notice this guy walk into the office, I went in and asked what was going on. He disappeared into the service area. Finally returned to say it would deb ready in an hour and a half - that was 11 am and it is 2:30 pm and still no call to tell me it is ready. I called owners Asbury Auto Group - agent called and hour later. Now I am waiting for her to get the dealer to call me with my car repaid and finally ready. 2 days. I tis the lies that really get me. Changed my schedule, missed a meeting, etc and still no car. More

Liars I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They will tell you they need your social security number and information to "verify" who you are, and wi I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They will tell you they need your social security number and information to "verify" who you are, and will not run your credit and then they do it anyone and it shows as a hard hit on your credit. We told them we were going through our bank and they said they still needed our social security numbers and information to verify who we are, so we gave it to one salesman and then another one came back and said that they DID run our credit and "had" to. I absolutely DO NOT recommend these liars to anyone!!! My credit shows a hard hit from these shady liars! I have already started to inform other potential buyers of this dealerships lying and misconduct. That's a few sales they have already lost. Be careful if you are considering this dealership. More

I initially contacted Rich Warren based on his review here, but ultimately ended up working with Russ. Russ was excellent. He was patient, never made me feel rushed when I asked questions, and I felt at ease during the whole experience (and to me that is as good as it can get when buying a car). He even stayed on way past closing to help me understand some of the features of the car (ie it wasn't just about the sale) I left with a new car, felt I got a fair trade in price and a good deal on the new car and never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and overall felt happy with the whole process. I thought the whole dealership was professional and would recommend them based on my buying experience. More

All purchases were handled very profession We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, 2000 Avalon, 2014 Avalon and just recently a 2016 Camry. All purchases were handled very professionally. The sales Associates who helped us, Richard Wong and Nihad Ajanic were very knowledgeable about the type of vehicle we were looking for and were extremely helpful with locating this vehicle for us. The finance manage, Michael Hecht, handled our paperwork and had us financed and on our way timely. No all night waiting and signing contracts. We were very happy with that part because we had time to eat dinner before all the restaurants closed. Everyone was very helpful. We are pleased with our new Camry. More

They did not have the exact car/truck that I wanted but were able to get one from another dealer very quickly. Definitely changed my opinion about car buying. More
