Whats funny, initially salesman tried to charge me $400 for the floor mats. More

A great experience to buy a new or used car My family needed a vehicle and needed it before March 1st as we were turning in a car on a lease. We were trying to decide between new & used, truck o My family needed a vehicle and needed it before March 1st as we were turning in a car on a lease. We were trying to decide between new & used, truck or minivan. We were going to have to take a few trips in 2016 so a minivan seemed the best way to go. We went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell on a Sunday and was helped by Dennis right away. He showed us the new stock and based on the prices, was in the LE market. After working with Dennis and Doc, we had decided to re-think new and used and possibly go look at other brands (Honda). After looking online and test driving a Honda, we were back at Nalley lot on Wednesday. I had been working with Jay online and managed to run into him when we were looking for Dennis. We looked at a few 2015 XLE's that were used with low mileage. We decided on one that was in great shape with only 12K miles. We worked with Jay and managed to get the price close to our target. We already had financing in hand but their Business manager, Jason, worked with us and get a better term and rate making our monthly payment much closer to our happy place. This will be our fifth Toyota since thee late 80's and probably the best experience we had purchasing a used (new) vehicle. Great Dealership. Have been going there since 2002. This is our second purchase from this location but our first with Nalley (Used to be Roswell Toyota). Really happy with everybody there and will be going back for service and purchases for a long time to come! More

He did not try to put me in a more expensive vehicle or push for dealer financing. I recommend this dealership for a pain free experience. More

We had a small incident with one of the sales managers during our first visit, but GM Mike Balog immediately addressed our concern, made us a great deal and earned our business. He is truly a class act in the car business. This was a great addition to our holiday shopping experience. More

I stopped by 6 times over the past 2 months investigating the new Highlanders. I also stopped by a few other local Toyota dealerships. Afterwards, they pestered me to death with emails, calls and even texts. Michael H. never did. He told me that when I was ready, he would help and that's what he did. I received a couple emails from Jason Brown, a sales manager, but he didn't over do it. And Jason had a no pressure, professional approach during negotiations. Dominic Rodgers also filled in very nicely too, when Michael was on vacation. The buying experience was pleasant. After the decision to purchase was made and the "price" was negotiated we met with Jason Alston in F&I He was very professional. No pressure to buy any extras. In fact, his low key approach worked...I wound up buying the extended warranty. Nice work Jason! If you want to take your time and make a good decision on your Toyota, go see Mike. He'll be informative and helpful but he won't bug you to death during the process. More
