I appreciated the trade-in process, which I also felt was fair. It was a lot of work, given that we purchased three vehicles (one for each of our sons and one for my husband) and the paperwork can be a bit tedious, but the electronic process made it a bit better. My only disappointment was that we were unable to get the New College Grad/Loyalty discounts without unwinding the deal :-( I am still confused as to why, because I thought those discounts were on top of any price negotiations. But at that point, I just wanted to get the process done. Additionally, the interest rates (considering that we all had scores well above 760) were subpar and we will refinance them which creates more work for us. But overall, I was very pleased with the team. More
