Easy to obtain service to start. Retrieving vehicle after service proved difficult. I had to look for my car in parking area, walking around on a bad knee. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked the tire pressure before I arrived and when I got the car returned the tire pressure was the same in each tire as it was before. I’m quite I checked the tire pressure before I arrived and when I got the car returned the tire pressure was the same in each tire as it was before. I’m quite confident that my tires were not rotated and if they were rotated they definitely did not get the same amount of pressure in each tire. Makes me question if they changed my oil. More

I can't say enough about her professionalism, her concern for her customer and the way she was able to offer clear valid options to bring about a desired outcome. Scheduled appointment to get new tires, brake job and new to me car checked out. Was told car was in good shape and only needed tires. Returned a month later because of slow leak in new tire and was told no to me car checked out. Was told car was in good shape and only needed tires.
