So I decided to get out of my car and happen to walk into Shariff 's office. He was so helpful from the time I step foot in his office. We worked out my service order then he arranged for the shuttle to take myself and my family to the mall while we wait. I mentioned we'd catch a movie while at the mall. While Shariff was providing AWESOME customer service he was also listening. 30 minutes had past while I was getting seated at the movies and I received a text "Nichole this is Shariff, I know your in the movie just wanted you to know your car is done and give me a call when your ready to be picked up". So not only did he follow up but he was considerate!!!! I then decided to have lunch prior to requesting to be picked up about an hour later I received another text from Shariff "is everything ok?". Shariff, has gone above an beyond what I consider to be good customer service! He is excellent....not only will I be coming back for my 90k mile check up I will now pull up to the bay and specifically ask for Sharrif and to think I wanted to get a BMW because I've admired how they have dedicated service advisors that handle customers individually. Now, I have my own service advisor and his name is Shariff Russell. More
Horrible customer service, unprofessional and very disrespectful. This dealership have no clue about how to keep customers returning. I don't recommend them to anyone. Deceptive sales tactics .Finance manager damaged my credit score by running credit apps. to 4 different finance companies unnecessarily and without my permission. I walked in with my own approved bank financing. They didn't know how to handle the transaction..Management was no help at all. I'll report it to the credit bureau the BBB and my bank that gave the referral. Awful company..... More
Nalley Toyota Stonecrest staff gave a very warm welcome as myself and family entered into the dealership. I spoke on the telephone with Shannon Foreman before my visit and she was very helpful. She was nice and genuinely concerned about helping me find the right car for my needs. Thank you Shannon. After entering into the dealership, my family and I was greeted by car salesman Reginald Demande. He made us feel at home as he joked with us and made my family laugh. He was also very friendly and outgoing. He made the car buying process very easy, besides the usual price negotiations between dealer and buyer, which I found somewhat to be a hassle. However, Reginald helped us understand what was going on every step of the way. Lastly, after negotiating, I was able to get the car I wanted near the price I wanted to pay. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff and friendliness of Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Both Shannon and Reginald even called the next day after my purchase to congratulate me on my car purchase and to wish me well. Thank you both! More
i love Bryan and Carroll. They are the best! Carroll sold me the car and Bryan is always there to service my car. Now they are both in the service department. I would not think of driving anything but a Toy me the car and Bryan is always there to service my car. Now they are both in the service department. I would not think of driving anything but a Toyota or having my car serviced by any other dealership than Stonecrest Toyota. They are friendly, professional and knowlegeable. They really do care. I was extremely pleased on my first visit to Nalley Stonecrest. I emphasized to them that I was working under a tight time frame, and they had my work done in time to get me where I needed to be. Myles Hill, my service consultant was excellent !!! He kept me updated on the progress, and the work was what I expected (no additional suggestions) at a very fair price. Today I arrived at Nalley Stonecrest Toyota for repairs on my Camry. I was upset because after a second opinion about my repairs I discovered that South lake Toyota quoted me $655.00 more than this deale on my Camry. I was upset because after a second opinion about my repairs I discovered that South lake Toyota quoted me $655.00 more than this dealership. I walked outside to get some air and within 5 minutes Reginald Demande approached me and introduced himself. I told him that I was just looking around and planned to buy another car in June. He showed me the Camry and explained all the features. We test drove the car and I was sold. Reginald gave detailed information about the vehicle and patiently answered all my questions. It was a pleasure working with him and and I will recommend him to my family and friends. More
