My visit to Nalley Toyota was top notch! We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Ray Lawson. He was very personable and made the "Buying a New Car" jitters go out the door! 2 words: Truly Exceptional Upon starting my car one 2 words: Truly Exceptional Upon starting my car one morning, I heard some funny noises and decided to drive to the Stonecrest Toyota location for ser 2 words: Truly Exceptional Upon starting my car one morning, I heard some funny noises and decided to drive to the Stonecrest Toyota location for service. I normally visit a different local Toyota location but I do not receive good customer service there and have sworn not to go back. As soon as I pulled up into the garage, Lakeishia met me at my car door and immediately tried to get to the bottom of my issue. She tried a bit of troubleshooting, then quickly swept me into her office. She was very open about the costs of service and how long it would take the technicians to fix the car. All the while though, she remained optimistic trying to convince me that it was a possibility that nothing was wrong with my car. Afterwards, I went to sit in the outstandingly decorated and convenient waiting area. I had never been in such a nice dealership before. After waiting for about 10 minutes, Lakeishia called me by name back to her office. She calmly broke the news to me that as the technicians tried to find the issue with my car, the car ceased to start at all. Lakeishia saw the look of surprise, sadness and grief on my face and offered for me to sit with her in her office instead of the waiting area. She asked me what I was worried about and I said the price. I told her I was having an operation done the next day that was already costing me a lot of money. She left for a few minutes and returned with an application for a CarCare credit card to cover the costs of my repairs. While my car was being repaired, I sat in Lakeshia's office and in between customers we shared laughs and had a good time. I have had many customer service jobs and I can say that it is very rare to encounter such amazing customer service and for that I thank you very much. More
