I originally spoke with Mr. Therell Lyon; who was great. Due to him being with a customer directed me to Mr. R Demande. Reginald was absolutely awesome. I went to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on 2-26-14 for routine service. My Service Advisor, Ms Mcgregor, was great from the moment I arrived. She advised me of what services I needed and the appropriate charg service. My Service Advisor, Ms Mcgregor, was great from the moment I arrived. She advised me of what services I needed and the appropriate charges. While waiting on my service, Ms Mcgregor kept me apprised of what was going on and any additional recommended services I needed. Shawn was very helpful, friendly, professional in helping me address my Recall Issue with my Prius. He returned phone calls promptly as promised, had my work completed on schedule as promised and made what me address my Recall Issue with my Prius. Excellent! Kyle Edwards, my service advisor was "awesome", I couldn't have asked for a more personable service advisor. I was in your facility Saturday, March 1, 2014 for several services that Kyle and I had been corresponded about in the month of February. Kyle was alway polite, personable and most helpful. He always answered any questions I may have had and was most helpful in selecting tires for my vehicle. He let me know the services my vehicle needed. On the date of my appointment, he greeted me, let me know that there was a back up in the service department and told me if there was anything that I needed, just let him know. Kyle let me know several times the status of my vehicle and apologized for having to take up so much of my time as I was in your facility from 7:45 to 11:30 (real time). But then I had several services performed and these things take time so I was ok with it. All factors considered, the amount of customers you had, the work I had to have done, it wasn't anyone's fault really but Kyle kept on apologizing for it though. When the services were completed, I was satisfied. My car looked beautiful, and now that I have driven it for about 50 miles the tires work great too. But there is one thing and it wasn't Kyle's fault and Kyle rectified it. The car wash and vacuum on the car was pitiful! I mentioned it to the gentlemen in the intake bay and he told me I needed to see Kyle, which I did and Kyle told me that if I wasn't satisfied, and I wasn't, as there was still dirt on my car, he would fix it. Kyle re-washed my car after I mentioned it to him and he came outside and saw the dirt. Now all services performed by Kyle's support staff are a part of his signature and shouldn't reflect poorly on him. More

The reason I selected good as my overall experience was because my inital visit left "a bad taste in my mouth." Even though I was looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle, Reginald Demande was patient enough and LISTENED to some of the options I was searching for in order to help me to find another car (Camry) which actually turned out just as good. My arrival to the dealership was late in the day so I had my 9 and 7 children with me and Mr. Demande was even kind enough to entertain them while assisting me. As if he didn't do enough (in my opinion), when we left the dealership at closing time he assisted by helping me to drive both of my vehicles home. At the end of the day I am happy that Ms. Foreman did not give up so easily and was able to talk me back into returning to the dealership. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE...and to this day my kids still talk about Mr. Demande!!! More
