He answered every question that I had (and I probably had a hundred of them). He gave me as much time as I needed, returned every phone call and email . He arranged for Ammien Whealton to ride along on the test drives. He knew every thing about the two cars I was interested in and even suggested a second test drive in each of them to help me decide. Randall Smith is the Bomb!! I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. I wanted to look and see what they had, not only did I get the vehicle I was loo I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. I wanted to look and see what they had, not only did I get the vehicle I was looking for and much more but Randall actually knew the previous owners of the vehicle I purchased and sold their next vehicle to them within the previous 24 hours of my visit. I received full coverage and beyond new tires and a full tank of gas which is just unheard of! I still get phone calls over two months later to see if I am still pleased with my purchase. I am more then pleased and could not be happier with my purchase and the service I receive time and time again.
