Another visit, I expected to have the debris from my sunroof window blown out to prevent leaking - as a courtesy as it has been for over 10 years - until visiting this dealership...their courtesy price to blow the debris was $150.00. Another visit, the appointment was scheduled, the service rep, for whatever reason was not available when I arrived-on time. I was asked to wait and when I asked if someone else could assist me, I was informed that I was that particular service rep's client and instructed to wait. More

Unprofessional I bought a 2015 Camry and something went wrong with the AC system. To make a REALLY long story short, they tried to blame it on an accident that I got into 5 months ago so that they wouldn't have to fix it. I'm not spending another dime with this dealership and I definitely wouldn't buy another car with them! More
