Thanks for all your help I was just recently there this weekend and I had a great experience it was one of the best I've had since I've had this Toyota and Raymond was the ag I was just recently there this weekend and I had a great experience it was one of the best I've had since I've had this Toyota and Raymond was the agent assisting me and he was great very informative and helpful he even to me about the complimentary inspection they were going to do to my car which was a plus for me. I did not feel pressured by him in any way even after he told me the things needed to be taken care on my car ..I will be taking my car back for other services needed. Ask for Raymond he really great made me feel really comfortable during my visit😁 thanks again for all your help! More

Therrell showed us personal dedication, attention to details, he communicated with us in a timely manner, responded to our requests, and provided necessary information when selecting the vehicle. We were really impressed with Mr. Lyon's customer communication style, especially we are grateful that he did not employ any pressure tactics on us during the process. Please take this with a positive aspect. (Unfortunately, I did feel such pitches of induced guilt or unreasonable requests at some other dealerships). Frustrating 2.5 hr. visit to get tires rotated On 11/1/16 I took my wife’s Toyota Venza to Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest for the 15K mile service. This was my first time visiting the service departm On 11/1/16 I took my wife’s Toyota Venza to Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest for the 15K mile service. This was my first time visiting the service department at Nalley Toyota (Stonecrest). I arrived at 8:20AM for an 8:30 appointment. Being unfamiliar with the service department I looked for and then pulled into the reception bay area. The reception bay area was completely empty (no cars, no people). There was no signage about where to park so I stopped and got out of my car to look for someone to give me direction. As I began to step away from my car (the only car in a three lane reception area) another car pulled up behind me. At the same time a heavy set man in a red shirt came into the reception area and started yelling at me to pull up because he had another car trying to get in. The man was rude, aggressive, and intimidating. This was not a good first impression. I got back into my car and pulled up to the point he directed. I was then directed to a specific service advisor. She (the service advisor) explained that the service should take about 1 ½ hrs. I then waited for almost two hours which was way too long for what turned out to be nothing more than topping off fluids and tire rotation. When the vehicle was finally brought back to the reception bay area I found that the driver seat had been soiled with black grease or possibly brake dust. The black stains were on the seat and back rest. I pointed out the grease marks to the service advisor who had the car taken back to get it cleaned up. Another 15 minutes and the car was brought back around. The seat was slightly wet and slightly cleaner but the black marks were still clearly visible on the back rest and seat. I pointed out that the marks had not been removed. By this time a gentleman who I perceived to be the service manager approached and he instructed the service advisor to take the car to detailing so the stains could be removed. Another 15 minutes and the car was brought back around again. This time the seat was very wet but clean as it was when the car was brought in. Through all of this the service advisor (Areca Weaver) was polite and courteous which minimized my frustration with the visit. When I got the vehicle back to my office and was putting away the service record, I found a black greasy hand print on the glovebox door along with more black streaks on the front and side plastic panels of the driver seat. So I spent 2 ½ hrs of my day to get the fluids topped off, tires rotated, and interior stained. I could have done this at a Castrol quick lube in 20 minutes or less without the stains or greeters attitude. More

With them you cannot go wrong and if you have questions and call you get answer right there. I cannot express how professional they are. I love them so much i referred and my aunt and guess what.......she bought a car the following week. More
