Ali, MD, Chelsea, and others did their best to make us feel comfortable, informed, and in the loop throughout the car buying process. This was the second purchase of a vehicle from this dealership in a 2 month period for myself and my sister-in-law. I have already advised yet another family member to check out Nally Toyota at Stonecrest before anywhere else! Thanks for everything you did to make sure I left happy with my purchase of a beautiful 2019 Barcelona Red Toyota Carolla! Keep up the great work and I will keep sending others your way! More

Randy Salmon, our salesman, was great - friendly, helpful, professional, and willing to do his best to try to work out a deal. Unfortunately, he got off of work while we had gone to grab a bite to eat and deliberate making an offer on the used Sienna we had test driven Tried to work out a deal when we first drove the 139 miles from our home in the Chattanooga area on a Friday. Melvin told us he couldn't go any lower than Randy had offered us. So, we went home. Got a call from Randy on Monday wanting to work out a deal. Somehow they could magically come down some the week after our visit. They didn't quite meet us in the middle, but did come down. On Tuseday, we came to a verbal agreement, including delivery of the van, since we should've been able to work it out when we were there in the first place. Wednesday they changed the deal to no longer include delivery. We argued it for a while, then came to a new agreement, including picking it up at a Nalley dealership in Marietta, instead. It turned out that the van was from an area hit hard by Hurricane Irma, so we had them double check that the van hadn't had any flood damage. After we received word back that the van definitely hadn't had any flood damage, we sent in our pre-approved loan paperwork. Randy called us back the Thursday to let us know that the dealership sold the van 10 minutes before our paperwork got there. Never once, had they asked for deposit on the van. They could've closed the deal while we were there in the first place. They could've had integrity and honored the original deal and we would've closed the deal several days earlier. I guess we should be thankful that we didn't wind up buying a van from a dealership that blatantly lacks integrity. I do have to say that Randy Salmon was great throughout the whole process. He went to bat for us on the price, the dealership changing the deal on us, and them selling it out from under us. Nalley then had the gall to have someone call back to follow up with us, without letting them know anything that went on. They didn't bother to call and apologize, even though Randy couldn't apologize enough for the dealership's behavior. More

In early 2017 I purchased an almost new 2016 Camry. On 1/8/18 a School bus backed onto my Camry and totaled it. The next day, totally out of the blue, I received a "cold call" from T’Neshia, asking if I would possibly be interested in trading in my 2016 Camry and upgrading to a newer car. I laughed with her and told her that the previous day my car had been totaled, and YES whenever I settle my claim with the State I will be in the market for a new car. Even though it took 2 months to settle my claim, she kept in touch with me and would call whenever a car would come in that she thought I’d like. I was very particular with what I wanted, and she didn't waste my time on other things just to make a sale. She checked the inventory several times for me at all of the Nalley locations, and sent me photos of different cars trying to help me find "just the right one". I’m happy to say that I purchased the perfect car from Nalley Stonecrest recently with her assistance. T’Neshia deserves recognition for her diligence, professional demeanor, and conscientiousness. In my opinion, she is a true asset for Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. She made this very unpleasant process for me much easier than it could have been. I will definitely recommend her and the rest of the Team to anyone that I know who may be in the market for an automobile. Thanks to all of the Nalley Stonecrest Team for the great work!!! Joyce More

Toyota Customer Experience Center Customer By Web Form (Betty Barnes) 11/10/2017 12:43 PM Currently at the Toyota dealership in Lithonia GA. Cannot express enough of my disappointment in this company. Problems with tire pressure from The Beginning when purchased in December of last year. Tire “popped” putting me and my family at risk of a serious accident last week. One dealership Atlanta Toyota wanted to charge me! (car still under warranty-not tire warranty). Lithonia dealership WHERE I PURCHASED THE CAR (funny how they Always ask me this) has had me come in three times in addition to several other times when Pressure was OFF (they put in 52 psi in the problem tire! All should be at 32 or 33 psi). Terrible Experience DONE with Toyota .. Customer By Web Form (Betty Barnes) 11/11/2017 05:01 AM My situation of BAD service was not resolved. Staff pretentiously/professionally kind... but did not follow through with proper protocols, twice, and miscommunications. Me. Johnson, Jonah, Abraham and even the Customer Care Rep Ms Shabazz were involved. But having to take the time to Repeatedly state the HISTORICAL tire problems and challenges some documented; some not, be walked through the bay to be shown a problem etc only depleted My time and money!!!After several visits still charged for tire when propblem was ongoing and pointed out that it began almost 1yr ago! Out of over $200 due to their negligence to provide the so called “customer care” you All advertise. This situation is so unprofessional and sad that once I expressed I would be honest about the service I didn’t even receive a survey email (as promised) like I usually do. One of the several actions taken to prove irresponsibility and an admission of error on their part in Historically and Presently not LISTENING to the Customer and Solving/Resolving My tire problems. Family members warned me about So called Toyo Care a few days ago. They too Were Toyota Owners. I stand with them in stating “Good Cars TERRIBLE CUSOMER SERVICE”. Wish I had known previously. Toyota would not have been my choice. More

I was assisted by Greg, Jamel M., Antavia, Pat, and Demetrius and I am thankful for their sincerity, generosity professionalism, and patience. I could not have imagined a better car buying experience. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. They really went above and beyond and I am very much appreciative and satisfied with my purchase. Customer service here is by far the best in comparison to other places I’ve dealt with. My experience was easily a 5/5. ~Brianna More

I found out the hard way that they're advertising a silver 2013 Rav4 on their website, Autotrader, Truecar, and CarGurus that they do not in fact have in stock. I called Nalley and spoke with Actavia to confirm that they still had the vehicle an hour before arriving. Once I arrived, Actavia and another salesman, Therrell, acted shocked, saying that they had been trying to call me "all day." They were so sorry that the car had already been sold. Considering that the entire dealing would have had to occurred in 1 hour, it was a pretty impressive lie. Of course I did not have any missed calls or texts. They then tried to sell me on a different model with 20k more miles. It was frustrating to say the least. That being said, Therrell was pleasant to deal with and had a great attitude. I'm regretful that this dealership encourages its employees to lie to customers. They robotically reply to negative Yelp reviews with generic "we are so sorry this happened" responses. Completely disingenuous. More
