Worst Buying experience I've ever had I went to this dealership to look at a RAV4 they had on their lot that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was told it was there and they were getting t I went to this dealership to look at a RAV4 they had on their lot that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was told it was there and they were getting the keys as we spoke and he held them until the dealership closed. I went there when they opened the next day and don't you know it sold during non business hours. After I drove a similar RAV4 twice I was hesitant to go to a 4cylinder after driving 6 cylinders for many years. But I figured I'd see what kind of numbers they come up with. I voiced my concern about paying more for a downgrade from a 2017 4Runner to a 2019 RAV4. The finance individual assured me it wasn't a downgrade because of this and that. I believed him. When I voiced my opinion about the cost and what I wanted to pay he repeatedly kept saying numbers don't lie. Well don't you know he'd leave and come back a little lower. This was done a few times. I wanted to sleep on it because I did have concerns with the 4cylinder and cost. I mentioned this several times and was tagged teamed buy 2 individuals and finally gave in. I knew when driving home this was a BIG mistake. I called the very next business day when they opened and wanted to see if I could cancel the sale and get my vehicle back. Well somehow even though it was on a Saturday when I bought the vehicle they were able to get it titled in my name and now would be considered a used car. I would have to trade the new car and buy mine back. But I was going to pay more to buy my car back than what I paid for the new car. Even though the finance individual told me I wouldn't be down grading from my car to the new one. He also told me I wouldn't have to make a payment for 90 days. My paperwork says 1st payment is next month. In addition the salesman told me it had XM radio with the free trial. It doesn't. With all this being said if you want to sleep on it then sleep on it and don't let them bully you into signing right then. And if you ask if it has a certain feature make sure it does instead of believing anything they say. More

I went to go purchase a 2018 Toyota RAV4 about three weeks ago, and we had arrived at the dealership with an already manager-approved out the door pri I went to go purchase a 2018 Toyota RAV4 about three weeks ago, and we had arrived at the dealership with an already manager-approved out the door price on an exact vehicle. We went in there where we were informed that all of 2018 Toyota RAV4's with our color preferences have been sold, and they were showing up higher-priced models that they said they could honor the same out-the-door price. Our sales associate was clearly new and did not know proper protocol when it comes to showing customers cars and we had to wander around the parking lot looking for cars that met our color preferences, peering in through the window. This is extremely unprofessional as it just takes one second for him to look at his computer, find the vehicle that we wanted, write the stock number, and show it to us, instead of us looking all around the parking lot for the car. After we found a vehicle, we went back to the sales office, and were given an offer of over $1000 more than our already manager-approved out-the-door price. The sales manager, Darryl Jefferson was very rude, cut me off several times when I was trying to speak, raised his voice several times and told me to "be quiet and stop raising my voice" when I was trying to calmly explain to him that we already had this price approved and were told that they were going to honor it on the vehicle that we chose. This is extremely unprofessional customer service, and buyers beware! DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NEVER HONOR THEIR OUT-THE-DOOR PRICES!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! More
Requested shuttle took more than an hour I told my location. It was pouring and I called total 10 times to pick me up. Horrible experience. I was told shuttle on the way. Horrible experience Purchased a used CPO Toyota Tacoma. Truck was in great condition. Went to pick up the truck 3 days later with one day notice to the sales person. Tol Purchased a used CPO Toyota Tacoma. Truck was in great condition. Went to pick up the truck 3 days later with one day notice to the sales person. Told them to have everything ready, truck cleaned and paperwork ready. Arrived with an all cash deal and it took over 5 hours to get out of there, truck was not detailed, paperwork for the warranty was not provided and the sales person had to leave to pick up her child. Left us there waiting. To top it off, apparently the paperwork was done incorrectly on their part and was sent Fed Ex to me the following week. Then two weeks later the titling paperwork was resent to me via Fed Ex because they still didn’t have it right. Now my tag is getting ready to expire so I called and left a message today. No return call which is typical of this place. Called again tonight and the girl said she couldn’t help me because they were closing in 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst place ever! Even the customer service person was hard to get a hold of, never followed up like she said and overall would never buy again from Nalley! BUYER BEWARE! More
Best service in a long time! I was scheduled to meet with service advisor-Abraham Castillo and have both air suspension bags installed. Once I arrived and being greeted by staff. I was scheduled to meet with service advisor-Abraham Castillo and have both air suspension bags installed. Once I arrived and being greeted by staff. Castillo informed me he needed something in writing or to speak with Lexus dealership to match their price. After getting confirmation they installed the air suspension and saved me a hours drive. Great team!!! More

When driving home Sat nite on hwy noticed some noise. When got home in Stone Mountain the security guard at my gate said something was hanging down under car. Thus is unacceptable and I will never bring my car back there again. Left messages with Erika Weaver, advisor on Sunday night and responded to Jona who had texted me on Sunday. I know things happen but we cannot drive the car and will try to make it to Firestibe in Perimeter this morning. More
