Just as it was today. Kudos to Shawn and the rest of the team ( the young lady that greeted me and the technician that service my. I recall Butler Toyota (Indiana, Indianapolis) having team colors - Red, Green and Blue Teams. Every customer was assigned to a team which I really liked. I always knew the service advisor and team members that was would be servicing my car. But I digressed. Again, KUDOS to Shawn and the other team members. See you in six months. More

I was initially looking at the Toyota Corollas, but after Brandon showed us the car and indicated the size of the Corolla compared to the size of the Camry, as we were looking at a "family" and "trip" friendly car, we decided on the Camry. He showed us about 5 or 6 of the different Camrys. I displayed interest in the ones with leather interior and he was very helpful when we were looking at the pricing. He was very helpful when putting us in the system and going through the paperwork to buy the car. I highly recommend going to Brandon as he was honest and very enthusiastic about his job and helping us find a car that fit both our needs and wants. Thank you for your awesome customer service! More

Best dealership there is We had been looking for an SUV for a while, and had settled on a Toyota 4runner. We are in Macon, GA and went to Butler over here and had the absolute worst experience ever at that dealer. The next day, we decided to go to Atlanta and try out Nalley bc the prices looked good online. We went not expecting to get the 4runner, maybe just go and check it out, and then the deal not to work and we would go home bc our budget was very tight. We drove up in our 2010 Tacoma to see if we could trade it in for a new 2015 Toyota 4runner. Gerald was our salesperson, and he was the kindest, most genuine man. He got our deal done and we left that day with our 4runner. Looking for a used car now, and we will be going back to Nalley to purchase this car. The drive is nothing when you can go to a dealer with such amazing service and respect for customers. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest is the best dealer around, and can not wait to go back and get another car from them. More
Greatly offended On 5-6-2015 I received a letter from Alliance Direct Lending a contracted dealership partner of Nalley Toyota stating that Nalley could assist me in u On 5-6-2015 I received a letter from Alliance Direct Lending a contracted dealership partner of Nalley Toyota stating that Nalley could assist me in upgrading from a vehicle I purchased 6 months ago and that Nalley "specialized" in assisting those that are working to re-establish their credit. I was in the dealership that day roughly 4 hours before being told by Glen Lotty that there wasn't an definitive answer from any bank thus far and that he'd be arriving early on 5-7 and should have an answer for me around noon or so. I stopped by before heading to work on 5-7 and allegedly there hadn't been any response from a bank yet as to whether I could be assisted in getting a vehicle. Glen tells me there should be an answer soon and that he'd call me. I called him around 5 hours later to enquire about a answer he said he'd call me right back and never did. This "appears" to have been a ruse to get a prospective customer into the dealership, isay this due to a few key factors: Glen seemed quite "invested" in me as a prospective customer in the early stages of procuring all my paperwork/information to start the process. As the process drug on Wednesday evening he became very detached and seemingly disinterested in keeping me as informed as possible about the status of things at the time. how is it possible to not have an answer by end of business 5-7? And the very discourteous, disrespectful way I was treated at the end fo the process makes be believe that it was determined that I wasn't going to be assisted by any banking institution,this was known by the sales manager and Glen and I was just summarily written off without the least consideration of an follow-up "we're sorry" Mr. Shabazz phone call. My conclusion is this: If you're not coming in with A-1 credit and or a considerable down payment you may just be discarded,written off without the least concern as to what image of "NALLY TOYOTA" has been purveyed. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my friends or foes for that matter. I also intend to contact the BBB of Georgia, im sure they'd like to be made aware of this as well. More
