I was told that my Warranty didn’t cover the tire being replaced and the service was performed. I showed the service manager all my service warranty papers. He told me it didn’t cover the tires of my wife replaced and the service was performed. I showed the service manager all my service warranty papers. He told me it didn’t cover the tires of my wife 2020 RAV 4. When I returned home I called the Warranty Department Company and chewed them out. They told me my tire was paid for and I should contact the Toyota Dealer and request my refund because they had paid for it. I immediately contacted the service manager and explained to him what the Warranty Department had explained to me. Service Mgr.,told me they were going to correct the error and this still hasn’t been done. Two months has gone by and my funds have not been returned. I contacted by credit card company to report such unethical practices so my funds can be returned back to my account. More
