I must admit, I normally do not look forward to going into the dealership to get my car serviced because they always come out with five other things that are supposedly wrong with my car that need to be fixed immediately according to the person I am dealing with that day. However, my experience with Shawn did not go that way. He did indeed come out to tell me that there were some additional things that needed to be addressed but his delivery and thoughtful nature made a much more pleasant process than I had ever experienced since I bought the car in 2005. He came over explained exactly what was wrong with the car, took me outside to show me the car and explained how each part worked, and then told me to think on how I would like to proceed next without pressuring me to make a decision as if this decision would be my last. Then he arranged for me to have transportation for my next meeting, as I did not have the intention to be at the dealership more than an hour or two because of previously scheduled client meetings. Thank goodness Shawn was there to save the day and take care of me and my car! My daughter and I thank him for the care that he puts into his job daily! More
