When I went to the dealership to look at cars, I wasn't sure that a Toyota was what I was looking to purchase. However, Reggie's unassuming and pleasant personality convinced me that the 2014 Corolla was a good fit for me. Reggie did not use any high pressure sales tactics or other gimmicks to get my business. He was just a truly genuine person and I enjoyed doing business with him and in turn Stonecrest Toyota. I am sure that I was not an easy person to negotiate with, but Reggie made me feel comfortable and confident with my deal. I was pleasantly surprised by the follow up call that I received from Reggie relative to my satisfaction with the purchase and the car. This was my first Toyota purchase, but because of Reggie it wasn't my last. A few days later I returned to the dealership and purchased a 2014 Camry from Reggie. Loved the vehicle but I was finding myself using it more like a truck. So I went to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest to see if they could help me get a truck. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Gerald Hopkins and he right away said "We can do this" Well long story short we did. I left that day with a 2014 Toyota Tacoma, Spruce Mica is the color and I love it. Thanks sooo much to Gerald and Victor Eke. I never felt pressure and I was treated so great . These two guys are awesome and a great asset to Nalley Toyota And now a friend of mine who was with me that day is going to talk to Gerald about a new car. She knows a good thing when she sees it. Above and Beyond I would like to say that Reginald Demande is an awesome sales advisor. On 5/20/14 I came across a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from autotrader.com that I would like to say that Reginald Demande is an awesome sales advisor. On 5/20/14 I came across a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from autotrader.com that your dealership was selling. I wasn't sure which salesman I needed to speak with so I went with my best instinct which is the customer ratings on the website. I noticed Reggie's name mentioned quite a few times. So I called the number listed & asked for Reggie. I'm not sure if I called and the call was transferred or if Reggie just picked up but either way I was glad I spoke with him. Reggie was EXTREMELY helpful in regards to explaining the whole used car process & also questions I had about the car. I'm the type of person that does not like anyone pushy or arrogant and Reggie definitely was not like that. Reggie actually pulled over on side of the road, spoke with me for about 45 minutes, who does that!!!! My intentions when I hung with Reggie was to rent a car and come up to Georgia to purchase the vehicle as Reggie was trying to work a deal for me to actually hold this car. Unfortunately I was able to purchase a brand new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport here in Jacksonville with the price I was looking for. Even though buying the car here in Jacksonville saved me a lot of time & gas:) it would have still be nice to deal with Reggie. I know that I did not purchase a vehicle with Reggie and the Nalley Toyota Dealership but I tell you if I ever need a vehicle in the future and live in the Georgia area I would definitely come to Reggie.
