AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! A week ago, I visited the Stonecrest location on a very rainy and dreary Saturday; for routine maintenance. From the moment I walked into Jamis's office, I received a warm greeting and a friendly smile(it warmed me up like a freshly brewed cup of morning coffee). I did not have an appointment, so naturally, I knew there would be a wait (kudos to the service department, they were quicker than I expected). The service team discovered several repair issues. His overall professionalism and insight on the services that needed "immediate attention", were very refreshing. As he could sense my hesitation, since I was not prepared for the extra expenses. He had me laughing and feeling much better, even after pulling off the lot. I highly recommend Jamis and thank you to the service team!!! More

Thanks for all your help I was just recently there this weekend and I had a great experience it was one of the best I've had since I've had this Toyota and Raymond was the ag I was just recently there this weekend and I had a great experience it was one of the best I've had since I've had this Toyota and Raymond was the agent assisting me and he was great very informative and helpful he even to me about the complimentary inspection they were going to do to my car which was a plus for me. I did not feel pressured by him in any way even after he told me the things needed to be taken care on my car ..I will be taking my car back for other services needed.
