I was assisted by Greg, Jamel M., Antavia, Pat, and Demetrius and I am thankful for their sincerity, generosity professionalism, and patience. I could not have imagined a better car buying experience. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. They really went above and beyond and I am very much appreciative and satisfied with my purchase. I found out the hard way that they're advertising a silver 2013 Rav4 on their website, Autotrader, Truecar, and CarGurus that they do not in fact have in stock. I called Nalley and spoke with Actavia to confirm that they still had the vehicle an hour before arriving. Once I arrived, Actavia and another salesman, Therrell, acted shocked, saying that they had been trying to call me "all day." They were so sorry that the car had already been sold. Considering that the entire dealing would have had to occurred in 1 hour, it was a pretty impressive lie. Of course I did not have any missed calls or texts. They then tried to sell me on a different model with 20k more miles. It was frustrating to say the least. That being said, Therrell was pleasant to deal with and had a great attitude. I'm regretful that this dealership encourages its employees to lie to customers. They robotically reply to negative Yelp reviews with generic "we are so sorry this happened" responses. Completely disingenuous. More

Dropping the ball... Over and over again My uncle has a Toyota Camry with 128k miles. The engine is blown. That's right. An 07 Camry 4cyl with 128k miles with a blown engine. Surprised? Toyot My uncle has a Toyota Camry with 128k miles. The engine is blown. That's right. An 07 Camry 4cyl with 128k miles with a blown engine. Surprised? Toyota isn't. They are aware of the problem. So much they extended the warranty to ten years and 150k miles. I called Toyota for him and they explained he was out of warranty by 2 days and would not help him out at all. They recommended that we call the dealer and the service manager could call for him and possibly get it resolved with the permission of the Toyota rep. We called and Joe Johnson answered. He was great at first. He said he thought they would be able to do something and offered to waive the diagnostic charge. Then my uncle called the next day and left a message. Nobody called him back. Okay, maybe that's a fluke. Even though this is a high priority situation, he didn't return the call. Next day, my uncle calls again. Was put on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on. So, I try to help him out and emailed the general manager so we can see if perhaps he can help. The general manager still hasn't called us back. At this point my uncle is apprehensive about going there because they have dropped the ball over and over again. I expressed his concern in an email to Joe and he replied "I hope they take good care of you at McDonough..... *crickets* What?! So you have a customer who has a car with a known problem 2 days out of warranty and you not only drop the ball over and over. Instead of apologizing and getting on the ball they basically told us "Don't let the door hit you. Now, let's see where else I can post this since I have nothing better to do today than sit around posting reviews about Nalley Toyota of Stonecrest on every site I can possibly imagine. More
Service level has fallen Toyota has serviced my car for 4 years. Service has been good. Last Saturday I took my car in to have the cabin filter replaced. Well my drawer doesn't close properly and whomever used my car to unload their sunflower seeds. Sadly no one has acknowledged my complaint. Service level is poor. More

Worst experience ever I have bought a lot of new cars and it's usually not a good experience, but this was the worst. I had an unusual situation with my trade-in that I mad I have bought a lot of new cars and it's usually not a good experience, but this was the worst. I had an unusual situation with my trade-in that I made the salesman Tommy aware of when I got there, but it was not communicated to the manager, so Terrance came out and basically called me a liar and was very disrespectful and would not listen to me and kept talking over me. Not only that, but he refused to honor the price he gave me and signed the paper on, then told me he refused to sell me a car and told me to leave. And William the Finance Manager just sat there and let him do it. Then, reluctantly I completed the deal the next day because the truck and the deal was rare. But, I had to drive all the way back out there from Smyrna. And when I left no one thanked me for my business or apologized for the drama. More
