Worst experience ever I have bought a lot of new cars and it's usually not a good experience, but this was the worst. I had an unusual situation with my trade-in that I mad I have bought a lot of new cars and it's usually not a good experience, but this was the worst. I had an unusual situation with my trade-in that I made the salesman Tommy aware of when I got there, but it was not communicated to the manager, so Terrance came out and basically called me a liar and was very disrespectful and would not listen to me and kept talking over me. Not only that, but he refused to honor the price he gave me and signed the paper on, then told me he refused to sell me a car and told me to leave. And William the Finance Manager just sat there and let him do it. Then, reluctantly I completed the deal the next day because the truck and the deal was rare. But, I had to drive all the way back out there from Smyrna. And when I left no one thanked me for my business or apologized for the drama. More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! A week ago, I visited the Stonecrest location on a very rainy and dreary Saturday; for routine maintenance. On top of that, I was not feeling 100% mys A week ago, I visited the Stonecrest location on a very rainy and dreary Saturday; for routine maintenance. On top of that, I was not feeling 100% myself. From the moment I walked into Jamis's office, I received a warm greeting and a friendly smile(it warmed me up like a freshly brewed cup of morning coffee). I did not have an appointment, so naturally, I knew there would be a wait (kudos to the service department, they were quicker than I expected). The service team discovered several repair issues. His overall professionalism and insight on the services that needed "immediate attention", were very refreshing. As he could sense my hesitation, since I was not prepared for the extra expenses. He had me laughing and feeling much better, even after pulling off the lot. I highly recommend Jamis and thank you to the service team!!! More
