I was looking at a 2009 BMW 328i and was told vehicle was at BMW shop for inspection. Why advertise when vehicle is unavailable. Shinaiya Axell informed me it’s first come first served. I wanted to get service for my 2020 CHR on today Saturday May 15 the receptionist said that they( Erica)had 30 appointments and would be Monday to fit me in. I put money down on a CPO Camry, and told the salesperson, Blake Hinton, the sales price I saw online. He agreed to give me the price, but did not give me a copy of the paperwork where he deducte salesperson, Blake Hinton, the sales price I saw online. He agreed to give me the price, but did not give me a copy of the paperwork where he deducted $250 for pronounced scratches and the cost with taxes and services. When I reviewed the financial paperwork the cost appeared much higher than what was agreed upon, and did not reflect the price quoted to me of the service contract. Then I was urged to quickly obtain insurance, but the repairs and cleaning had not been done. Also, the Vehicle Diagnostic Report copy was handed to me face down. It indicated repairs that were not completed; the cylinder had a red indicator. The Quality Inspection Check Sheet, which stated, "all items must be checked," had multiple items unchecked. I am contacting an attorney to withdraw from this purchase. More

I bought my 2015 Prius here & always had it serviced here despite complete dissatisfaction because it is nearest Toyota Service to my home. I brought in my 2013 Toyota Camry for a oil change that took longer than expected due to covid-13 short staff. My service mgr. Timothy took care of the situation immediately by making sure a service mechanic started working on my car. I truly appreciate what Timothy did, because that showed he cared. Timothy is a Good person & I truly Thank him for assisting me with getting my oil changed. :-) More
Worst place ever now. A month ago this dealership actually got the work done in decent time, schedule an appointment for 1PM this time and arrived at 12:30PM checked vehicle in and at 3:30PM the vehi actually got the work done in decent time, schedule an appointment for 1PM this time and arrived at 12:30PM checked vehicle in and at 3:30PM the vehicle had still not moved. But 12 people whom checked in after me had their vehicles serviced and back out the door. Being the the support industry I have to be able to get my vehicle completed within a couple of house of the scheduled appointment, this did not happen as the service was not even attempted. This is horrible for the Toyota name and really bad for the Nalley name. After the first visit I was expecting better and thought I was going to get it with this dealership, however it seems that this one is worse and extremely racist and sexist. They even have a sign that says "if you have not gotten an update in 30 minutes please contact the service manager" I did and I got 'That is nice" when I informed her that I had not received an update in 2 hours. For a large dealership group this sure does not seem like the manner of which a business should be operated. More
Not trustwortthy I have been a customer of Stonecrest Toyota for the past 3 years since I bought my car from them. I no longer trust this dealership anymore because o I have been a customer of Stonecrest Toyota for the past 3 years since I bought my car from them. I no longer trust this dealership anymore because of their lies about what needed to be repaired regarding my tires. I had told them that I thought my tire sensor may need to be replaced. Toyota said they found 3 tires with nails and all of the tires needed replacement along with a wheel alignment which would be about $500 on sale and the sale would go off June 1. So, I took my car to a tire business. The tire business informed me and showed me that I had 1 nail in a tire, and 2 nails in another tire. They were able to patch the tire with 1 nail, and had to replace the other tire that had 2 nails. They also found that the sensor for one of the tires had to be replaced. This service only cost me $184. IT'S TERRIBLE THAT THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TRIES TO CHEAT WOMEN OUT OF UNNECESSARY EXPENSES. I NO LONGER TRUST STONECREST TOYOTA. More

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was told that dealer would clean and repair damaged bumper and they did. When I returned to dealer and questioned stains Mr. Shugari and Mrs. Pat did not hesitate to m would clean and repair damaged bumper and they did.
