Absolutely poor customer service. A 35 day negotiation only to finalize and be sold out from under me. They then tried to reduce my trade value by 2500 on the final deal sheet and had essentially no remorse. The salesman was a "general sales manager" named Erik and he was a very poor communicator and quite calloused. More
We seem to start out fine. Primarily email was used to correspond and sales person answered any questions I had. Since I live out of state I was going to have an independent inspection done. I sent off email asking would that be allowed with me giving a deposit prior. This is where 3 stars comes in, no response at all and no further contact to date! I looked on line, but appears that car is no longer listed. I don't know if the car was sold or what? All they needed to do is tell me. More
My whole experience from beginning to end was unsatisfactory. The whole time I was there just felt like a transaction. The only good thing to come out was that I got the car wanted. I also was charged almost $4000 for something that was not explained to me. Side note, if you’re a single female don’t go by yourself. I felt taken advantage of because this was my first car buying experience and they were aware of that. I’ve emailed the GM and haven’t heard anything back as of yet. More
Please be careful and get it written, when they say it comes with Toyoguard. I brought two vehicles both with Toyoguard stickers but nothing in writing. I bought a car from nalley Toyota of stonecrest in 6/21. They were very fair and reasonable with helping us find a reliable used car for under 10k. We went with Nally Bc we understood they do great business They were very fair and reasonable with helping us find a reliable used car for under 10k. We went with Nally Bc we understood they do great business and are not out here stepping on people by putting them in unreliable cars. We even spoke with the used car manager for an hr who assured us they don’t even sell cars that won’t hold up Bc all of their cars go through a Nalley inspection to assure its reliable. To wrap this up, 3 months later exactly 8/2021 the transmission went out on that car and All Nally could do was offer us a “slight discount” on replacing the transmission with a 90k mile used transmission for just under 5k. I’m not sharing this to Deter anyone from shopping with Nalley but doing my part to share my experience with them, and I certainly won’t ever be shopping with the brand of dealers ever again. All the quality and service the assure you of before purchase goes out of the window xxx soon as you sign those papers. More
Steve the service manager is a honest great guy he correct a mistake a other dealership made on my convertor on my truck. He went out of his way to make it right for me great guy and great work.
