The service concierge was pleasant enough but I don’t ever feel confident that the work purchased is completed. I would like cameras in the bays to check on progress. If I was writing this review 2 years ago, I would have given Nalley Toyota Stonecrest 5 stars. We had an excellent sales experience, during which we were told and given a brochure for the Toyota Guard Pla given Nalley Toyota Stonecrest 5 stars. We had an excellent sales experience, during which we were told and given a brochure for the Toyota Guard Platinum that our new car came with. Unfortunately, at the expiration of our two years of the standard Toyota Care, we were told that the Platinum is not reflected on our car, despite the previous repeated representations by the sales team at the time of sale that we would have the extended Toyota Care Platinum for this vehicle. Unfortunately, we will no longer be recommending or returning to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, as they have refused to honor the representations made at purchase. More

The wait times are ridiculous even with an appointment. Why should you make an appointment if people who didn't are ahead of you. I took my Kia optima that I purchased from Nalley Toyota last month October in for an oil change and filter change I purchased the car in October so I already had to schedule an oil change.
