Very nice people, easy to make an appointment for service. Parts department is well stocked. My first service on my suv was amazing, service advisor was knowledgeable and I felt like they cared. I had to make a second service due to transmission oil leaking under my car. Service advisor and tech showed me the problem and quoted me a $8200 repair, due to the fitting only came with a new transmission. After some research on the internet, Toyota actually sells the fitting and pipe for $50. I ordered the fitting and pipe from Toyota and had another shop complete the repair for $200. I came back to Nalley for an oil change, showed the service advisor the part slip from Toyota, the repair bill and their repair quote. They didn’t even blink or offer an apology. I have another appointment with Nalley for an electrical issue. I’m extremely skeptical of the service department with good reason. The only reason I rate them a 2 is the great service the first time, otherwise it would be a one. However mistakes are made in life, and my trust in anyone can be redeemed. More
