I bought a Toyota at a different dealership that was a good bit away because it was the only dealership in Georgia that had what I was looking for, but I have now brought that Toyota here twice for servic good bit away because it was the only dealership in Georgia that had what I was looking for, but I have now brought that Toyota here twice for service. The first time it took about an hour to an hour and a half for them to do an oil change. The second time, it has been over an hour and a half and they have not even looked at my vehicle yet. Both times I arrived with an appointment and was on time. I will not be returning here for any reason moving forward. My appointment today was for 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:30pm and was checked in by 12:40pm. At 2pm, I tried to find out what was going on and by 3pm I left without them ever servicing my vehicle. They told me they were just about to start… 2.5 hours after my appointment. What’s the point of having a scheduled appointment if you have to wait over two hours after that for them to get started? And no one ever tried to explain, apologize, or anything. They made it obvious they did not care. Horrible service. More
