First I want to say I made an appointment for 7am and had to get in line and wait for other customers to be seen. And it was past my appointment time. 2nd the service adviser Audley is rude and on two occasi to get in line and wait for other customers to be seen. And it was past my appointment time. 2nd the service adviser Audley is rude and on two occasions I've been assigned to him he shows a lack for providing great customer service.
